Deshawn was incredibly helpful and easy to work with!! Preston was very helpful as well. These guys go above and beyond to help the customer. They worked with my schedule and answered my many, many questions with more patience than I expected. Deshawn personally made the sure the equipment was delivered on time and made sure I was comfortable using the lift. I used the equipment for a personal not commercial job and I would highly recommend using this company to anyone!!

I used Duke Aerial for many years while I worked for a plastering company. After opening my own company a couple of years ago there was no question as to where I would go to rent my lifts. The people in the accounting department are so easy to work with. They generate lien waivers with a quick turn around which is essential for me to receive my payments from general contractors. Shaun is the best! I have called him at the last minute too many times (with orders and delays) he has always come through me. He always has a positive attitude no matter the situation.

Duke rentals have been the best rental company I have worked with. I rented a scissor lift and a boom lift and they were awesome. We had a head gasket blow on the boom lift and oil was everywhere. I called and within 30 minutes they had a mechanic out and they had rebuilt the engine and had it up and running in another 2 hours. And they cleaned up the oil mess as well. I was treated like my time was worth something. I felt like a big company. It was awesome. Then I learned they rent excavators and skidsteers. Now I have rented those as well. Quick check-ins and checkouts. Purely an awesome company to use. I would not hesitate to use them.

Duke always has the equipment I need, delivered on time and with a great staff. Shawn, specifically has been very helpful in getting what I need, often times making several trips in one day. I highly recommend getting your equipment through these guys. Their equipment is top notch and the service cant be beat.

Terrible company liars and downright incompetent Rented 2 lifts 1 per week called two days Advance notice to pick up the first Lift they waited for the following Monday three days later to pick it up and the lift got damaged / vandalized batteries stolen. There trying to charging us for the damages be aware they will charge you for their incompetency use sunbelt or others

After figuring out mid morning that we were going to need a lift to finish a project by that afternoon, I called Duke Rentals. I spoke to Shawn who never hesitated for a second and told me he could deliver a lift to us in a couple of hours. As promised, Shawn arrived with the lift, made sure we knew how to use it and told us to call him when we were ready for the lift to be picked up. Shawn was responsive, polite and delivered exactly as he said he would. We highly recommend Shawn and Duke Rentals!
