Experience was excellent those mechanics sure know what theyre doing they should get a raise 10 stars but I only can give 5

James got the generator in my motorhome looked at and repaired much quicker than promised. The problem was an easy fix. They didnt try to charge me for things it didnt need. I will continue to use them for any future repairs.

Great place and great customer service. My son in law actually did most of the talking because he knows more about these newer engines than I do. Great thing was though when he and I didnt know something or the right words they were able to figure it out and help us. They brought my engine breakdown up on the computer so we could see exactly what we were looking for. Real cool. They then asked us if we needed anything else which we didnt think we did. But they asked if wed be removing some of the lines and brackets in order to get to it and my son in law said yes. They then recommended a few more seals, clamps and gaskets. Im sure glad they did because we DID end up needing them. Saved us time and money...and gas, since were about 50 miles away. Bought a hat and t-shirt while I was there too. Big Cummins fan. Have one in my rig and my Dodge truck. Cant say enough good things about them. Easy to get to, clean, and very nice and helpful parts folks. They know their stuff for sure.

Service department is awesome! Called ahead and James met me before I even got out of my truck he fit me into their schedule even though they was busy. Mechanics got to work and had me out quickly. Great hospitality too!

Great service!

Took weeks to get parts for my RV. Meanwhile, one of their techs left the interior light on killing the house batteries. When I informed the service manager my batteries were dead as the light had been left on he didn’t care at all. Not even an apology. It has cost me $250 to replace the batteries. When I called asking politely for compensation I was blown off, not once but twice. I understand that mistakes happen but for the company not to take responsibility for employee error is unreal. When I did receive a call back the representative was rude and condescending. He basically told me I am screwed and they would do nothing to help offset my costs for their negligence.

Horrible communication, service rep was rude and did not give updates. You would think since this is a Cummins dealer they would be a lot more professional. Definitely would not recommend.

They need to fix their hours of operations. The web says that they are open on Saturdays from 7-5:30. I got there hoping to get a much needed part, but got there and turns our they are closed. Bummer...

This is only for receiving part of this business just ridiculous 4 hours to unload 24 pallets and people say driving is hard I always say driving is easy dealing with people like this is whats hard about being truck driver

A1 customer service! They knew their parts and they answer any of your questions. Cant say enough about this place! They had all of the parts in stock that I needed for my generator. They took the time to talk me through some troubleshooting. Good job guys! ( And no, Im not related to or have any other affiliation with this place.)

Was able to fit me in there busy schedule. A great experience in truck repair!

Not very helpful. One of my expediting vans has an Onan KY genset that stops running after a short while. I just had the oil, fuel filter and air filter changed in hopes of resolving the problem. The lady driver lives in the van and really needs the generator working to power the A/C.. No one there could take a look at it in an emergency situation.

Called Saturday morning, answering service answered and didn’t have the time of day for my call. Asked to speak with on-call EPG tech about possible key numbers for ATS. Wouldn’t take my call without “accepting the 4 hour minimum overtime fee”. Terrible customer service.

Excellent service

Broke down 9 miles from dealer got towed in on a Thursday, got the run around for 3 Days, finally they looked at our coach on Monday found corroded battery cable going to starter solenoid, took them a day and a half to put on a battery cable and cable end going to solenoid, we had to throw out all the food in our fridge as batteries went dead after sitting for 4 days, then get he bill for $885 to change battery cable and clean starter solenoid terminals,
