See my pictures. Arrived 0840 for 0900 appointment. Found out they are overwhelmed by increasing 40 trucks to 80 trucks a day. Area in front of docks is dug out bad so watch your hubs and undercarriage. Not checking appointments in unless they have a dock open.

Management is horrible, dock area is tight and was not built for 53’ trailers and standard length trucks. Got stuck at a dock for three hours, that was after waiting for two hours to get a door because they have no schedule system in place. If you come here between 2pm and 7pm good luck. Been here a dozen times and it’s a circus every time.

If you truck driver, it takes you 10-30 min to back up because space limitation. And more than one hour to waiting unload time. Good luck!

If it’s spartan, you will be unloaded by appointments only. Big truck lines. Tight lot. Entrance from Jackson.

Great experience, they unloaded me a day before, tight but thats why they call you professional driver

I dont know what the purpose is to set up a appointment time if they dont attend to the set time. Poorly organized, no communication, just a very bad attitude speaking to people in general.

Crazy place, hard to get in, hard to get out, hard to park and wait for 3h to get unloaded, never ever come to this place

Check in 1 hour prior appointment time ... loading within 20 minutes
