Medart has been difficult to work with. At one point they charged me almost $24.00 to ship a $9.00 part that could fit in an envelope. After speaking my peace, they refunded the money. Now I order a part and pay for it. The part never ships and I am out the money at this point. I am pretty sure that I will get the money back bur that is not the point. Dont take a payment from a customer, provide no communication and fail to ship the item. Business 101. I feel for the parts guy that I spoke to today because I was not as polite as I could have been. I wonder how many times the sales person hears an earful from a customer because the functionality of the company on the whole is weak. I was reminded that the one taking the order did their job well but others failed to do the same.
