I put new leaf springs on the front of my 93 dodge pickup. Had to cut the driver side u bolts off which I thought no big deal these should be easy to find.Boy was I never so wrong on that. After multiple calls and trips to part stores I either couldnt find them, werent going to be the same size as the originals or take several days to ship in. Heard about Inland from another parts store.Ron at Inland was awesome! Took the measurements but had to get parts from the olathe store unfortunately to make them. Regardless, they still managed to have them ready and out the door in just a couple hours. No skin off my back. Ill take that service any day. They fit perfectly as well. Thank you all for your great service.

We took our Bucket truck in for a clutch replacement and a oil leak. They fixed the clutch and put rear main seal in the truck. We got it back and a service engine light was on and it still leaked oil. Took it back and found out they had broken the dipstick off at the block. Said it would take several days to fix or since we needed the truck they could fix it with epoxy. We chose the Quikie fix, then got the truck back and now it leaks diesel. Took it back and they said our return line was broke. Wasnt broke before they worked on it twice. Charged us 1100.00 to fix it. Got the truck back and it still leaks diesel. Told us it would take 8 days before they can get to it. Update, Rick in service had us bring it back and fixed the leaks.Update, # 3, we had 2 more issues with the truck, another leak and the new Clutch disintegrated. We believe the fact that the truck is seldom used may have contributed to the never ending leaks. The clutch was a fluke, this is the 1st time a Luk, clutch has ever failed, and it was the new throw out bearing that actually failed.Inland got right on it and not only replaced everything in the transmission related to the clutch but put a new oil cooler on free of charge. Thanks to all in the service department for your quick response. Truck is performing great.

Ron just knocked it out of the park for us realizing we had driven 50 miles and due to lucky timing he got the axle right into the shop. We were done in under an hour. Thanks again!

We at Gabrielsons Truck Repair and Towing would like to thank your team (Gene Bowles, Andrew, and the guys in the drive line shop) for helping us get the parts together and building the drive line yesterday. Our customer had a time sensitive delivery and he was very happy with us getting his truck back on the road. Without your help this would not have been possible. You make our jobs a little easier. Thanks from Matt, David, and Josh.

Follow up to previous negative rating and reviews. After complaining that Inland had failed to repair leak in the fuel system. They called me and had us bring the truck back and fixed it for free. Thanks to Rick and the tech for resolving this issue.

I am a individual owner operator. Service dept rep was rude and inconsiderate. Had appointment for a Monday for an engine light and some codes. Brought truck in a day early. The truck sat for 2 1/2 days before it was even peeked at. (sat Mon, Tues and peeked at Wed afternoon!!) Excuses of how busy there were. Sat at Inland for literally a WEEK without any noticeable repairs or action taking place. Just guessing game what was wrong. Had to keep calling to find out what was happening. Service manage was extremely rude and treated me like he was being inconvenienced. Very poor communication and horrible follow up. Finally told Inland Friday (5 days later) I was going to take the truck elsewhere. Still no explanation! Enough was enough! Drove it from their shop and took it to a Peterbilt dealership who readily identified the issue IMMEDIATELY and would have truck ready the next day! Being at Inland for 5 days cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue for no reason!! Maybe they are good for clutches and drive line work. However, the one star is totally deserved for horrid customer service and poor follow up!

Over promised and never delivered. Instead of owning up to the fact that they couldnt fit us into the schedule, they had us drop our truck off. The vehicle sat there for 3 days without being touched. Every time we talked, they were about to start on it and flat out lied. I would look elsewhere before taking any vehicle here.

Joe Beard helped me when I brought my driveshaft in for a balance-check during my warranty period. He helped me right away with zero wait. He went above and beyond to treat me professionally and provide me with better service than I could have ever expected. John Kasinger, in the drive-shaft shop, patiently walked me through the whole process and helped me rule out my drive-shaft as a cause for my drive-line vibration. Joe even offered to troubleshoot further for me on-vehicle if I couldnt locate the cause of the vibration. I consider this above and beyond basic customer service. Other shops may be cheaper but I cant imagine any being better. Just come here first. They stand by their service!
