When my husband’s mother passed away recently, she had not made any plans for her death. With the help and guidance of Julie at Kansas City Neptune Society, we were able to make plans for her and feel more at peace with her passing. There were many choices and options and Julie was there to answer our questions and walk us through everything. She was very thorough and kind. It can be a very stressful situation to have to plan for someone else when it is such an important decision. We were so thankful that we decided to use Neptune and have purchased plans for ourselves so that the decision will not have to be decided by our child in the future. Neptune was easy to sign up and the Veterans package I chose for my retired Air Force Husband, was affordable and seemed to be everything I needed. I was able to paying it off once I realized time was of the essence. The products I received were just as they stated. A beautiful Urn. At the time of my husbands passing, he was treated gently and with respect. Julie from the Neptune society office emailed me, texted me and talked me through the whole process. She made it easy on me. She helped me through the extras I decided to add at my request. She made the arrangements for my husbands interment into The Higginsville Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO. It was a beautiful service with full Military Honors done by the Air Force. Julie brought the inscribed Urn, Flag, Flag case and the extra printed items I ordered for my husbands service. I would recommend Neptune Society to anyone and everyone. It will be toe company I sign with, once I am settled near my family in another State.

My dad has cancer and I’ve used my address when researching different treatment options. The Neptune Society must be buying my information because I’m getting flyers to my address with my dad’s name on them trying to push cremation on him. Thankfully these didn’t go to my dads house. Praying on cancer patients is disgusting way to solicit business.

Do not do Business with this Company! My Mother had them come to her house and the tactics the salesman used were close to coercion. My Mother was crying for the salesman to leave and finally had to threaten to call the Police.You answer this nice add and the next thing you know you have the gestapo at your house. I am not going to mention her name because she is scared of retaliation. How do they do business like this? Especially to our senior population! I wish I could give them 0 stars!
