The staff is very attentive and continue to check on you after the service is over. The make up person is amazing. It looked like Dad was sleeping.

This of course is a devastating time and an emotional time that you are really never prepared for. You are then thrown into the process of having to plan a funeral when you can’t even think straight.My family didn’t know what questions to ask or what the process was and Muehlebach helped us get everything right.We had the unfortunate experience of going to another place 1st. My mom had used this other place for my dads funeral many years earlier and so that is where we started at her request. Because of a chain of events we ended at Muehlebach on a Wednesday afternoon and the Funeral was set for Friday.They dropped everything and made my family a priority.They asked questions the other place didn’t,They offered services the other place didn’t like live streaming and a arc for the urn.They would have handled my mothers body entirely different than she was. My sister asked at the other place…. could i see my mother one last time before she is cremated? They did say yes, but the cremation was done by another company and they charge $250 for that and it was for a short period of time. When we told Steve at Muehlebach about that….. he kindly replied that they handled the body with their own people and we could have seen her just about any time we wanted and there would have been no charge. He was genuinely sad to tell us that because he understood we didn’t get to see her one last time and he was telling us we could have. I could tell out of respect for our emotions he almost didn’t tell us.We ended up using one place for my mothers cremation, but Muehlebach for our funeral services. We wish we would have known…. we would have used Muehlebach for the entire thing.In the end it was beautiful, we were so happy with the Funeral and know our mother received what she wantedThe people at Muehlebach are there to GUIDE you through this process so it can be as beautiful as possible.THIS IS THE PLACE…… YOU FOUND IT!!!!John iennaccaro
