I wanted to give him a better rating. Does my sons hair look great. Yes both haircuts looked awesome. But the first time we went he was drinking and had a line of empty beer cans on his station. Which whatever. This time however he asked for a womans number who was ahead of us. Then he asked someone in the shop about how she looked. THEN proceeded to talk about getting it in. After we left the shop his hair looked great and my son was happy. But today he has cuts all over where he shaved the design in. I wasnt even going to say anything until I seen the cuts. Not to mention they dont wear masks in there. Never again.

Brought my son and the barber that was cutting his hair took me to get cash cause I didn’t know they are cash only, came back another barber started cutting his hair without directions didn’t get what we wanted, barber VERY unprofessional!!!! Never will I go there again. First and last cut here!!!! I ain’t never experienced anything like this ever!!! It’s not about what the customer wants it’s about them getting money. If you pay you should be able to choose who cuts ya hair!!!

In the day of cheap mass produced haircut joints, Draque and his crew are craftsmen. The men and ladies here ensure that the barber trade, and the atmosphere of the barbershop are protected and not lost to time. They all are very skilled with clippers and scissors and can make time to get you taken care of.

Went into this establishment because there was a lighted sign saying walk-ins welcome. I was never greeted, however there was only one person in his chair and no other customers. While I waited for him to finish other customers and another barber showed up. Both barbers waited on other people and when I asked when would I be served the person I assumed is Draque rudely pointed me in the direction of the other barber. One of the main reasons its hard to patronize young black entrepreneurs.

Cassie Murff is unbelievably talented. Believe me when I say he is a true perfectionist when it comes to his clients requests. He takes his time to ensure every visit ends with excellence. More importantly, he is very professional, a family man, and makes sure every visit is comfortable and relaxing. I truly look forward not only to the end product but the relaxing process as well. I drive 35+ minutes to see him because it is well worth it!

Everyone that works at Draques has some serious skills (Casie is my barber).The vibe of the shop is light hearted. Theres always funny conversations happening. Its clean. Draque does great things to keep the shop involved in the community. Its the ONLY place I will go to get my hair cut.

Hands down, the best urban barbershop (for me at least) in the KC Metro... and Ive sampled a few. 1. The staff composition represents every demographic in the metro and so do the patrons. 2. The atmosphere is always fun and upbeat. 3. Each visit is a new learning experience, because anyone is allowed to start a topic of conversation and everyones opinion is welcomed. I personally go to #LaloTheBarber but have seen superior cuts, styles, and edge-ups from everyone there.

I used to send my son to Draques. (Hes an adult now.) It was worth every penny to see that well trimmed hair. Im always sending future clients his way.

If I could give this place no stars I would I sat there for over a half hour and was waiting to get cut another man walks in and then the barber tells me that I do not have a appointment but there will be some other people comming in! If this on a appointment basis it would have been nice for the man to tell me that when I walked in! Not professional at all!

Met the owner and he was very helpful and nice. They have several TVs so you can watch while you wait or get a cut. Its a fairly large shop with several stations and they seem to go a good job.

Very chill shop, it only gets 3 stars though because they really dont keep up with their appointments. I dont like waiting 30 mins after I show up to an appointment I made. I normally wouldnt complain but its happened multiple times

Draque always gives me the best haircut. Everytime I walk out of there I feel brand new.

So the man can cut hair. He really can. But his problem is the length of his hair cuts and his lack of ability to tell time. But the good news is that if you wanna train for the Olympic breath holding competition come here cuz this brothas breath stinks!!! I feel bad for anyone within a 4 foot radius of airway. Take a mask and get a cut. And be prepared for a 2 hour appt
