My 1973 xke was completely restored to show quality. .best thing about this shop is quality and honesty
I adore Bill and his shop, and I have high confidence in his ability to solve complex mechanical problems. He understands the spirit of a car and what it needs to keep going for the long haul. Ask him about he got into this work and youll hear a story about a Jaguar restoration project. Ask him about his Lamborghini sedan - theres an interesting car! Anyways, Bill does great stuff with my Volvo with 230,000 miles. Still going strong!
The poorest excuse for a shop Ive ever seen in my life. Called three times prior to having my vehicle towed there, showed up ten minutes to eight shop not open. Called phone number owner acted like I was bothering him. Owner ask me when did I want him to work on my vehicle. Came in with trouble lights on my truck left with the same trouble lights on. I almost made the ten o clock news fooling with this Jack Azz. Stay away Run fast and far what a scam place.
Bill took such good care of me and my little Bimmer! My car is a 2000 and needed a lot of work. I took it to the dealerships mechanic for a couple of things and to have the top replaced, and the top leaked around the windows, and the other repairs were jury rigged. Im not mentioning the other mechanics name because this is about how Bill fixed everything and got my car so shes purring right along. I feel safe on the highway, and plan on bringing my BMW Z3 back to Bill soon. Its not easy to find someone who is so knowledgeable about these kinds of cars and with so much experience. Bill is an expert and takes great pride in his work.
Excellent service. Thorough inspection of entire car and faster than expected fixes to a number of repair items. Im sure our Jag will be running smooth for years to come thanks to Bill and the team at Yorkies.
He has been very helpful with my old Honda civic at a very price. Usually helped me at short notice, which is great since I live near by. Usually will get a little better price if you pay cash too.
I was a Pennsylvanian stranded in Kansas on a cross country trip in a 1970 Triumph GT6 with a broken gearshift problem. I nursed the car to their shop, and they got the parts snd started on it immediately. They finished quickly (same day) at a very fair price, and they couldnt have been nicer or more competent. They really deserve 6 stars.
I have a 1967 Triumph TR4A which has been in my family since 1969. Shortly after moving back to Kansas City in 2002, we discovered Yorkies and the car has never run or looked better. Bill is very thorough and we have never had an issue with the quality of his work. On every visit, Bill will inspect your car, tell you what he recommends, and exactly what it will cost. Once you decide to proceed, you will know the work will be done right and the cost will be what Bill has told you it will be. I highly recommend Yorkies for whatever type of repair or renovation your car may require!
Alex has been working on my cars for a few yrs know. He knows his cars, he doesnt second guess on the issue. Awesome mechanic and very trustworthy.
These dudes are real solid. Did a great job on my car and fixed a complicated issue that other shops wouldnt even touch and did it very quickly. I will always go to these guys from now on.
Very trustworthy and does great work. I wouldnt hesitate to take any of my vehicles to Yorkies.
Bill went above and beyond to fix my Volvo and saved money for me by finding a way to repair the existing part instead of buying a new one. I would recommend Yorkies to anyone looking for quality foreign car service.
I have used Yorkies Foreign Car Service for many years to service my 1972 MGB convertible. I am completely satisified with the quality of repairs made by the staff at Yorkies. I would recommend this repair shop for any of your foreign car needs.
Have taken my VW Passat and VW Jetta here several times. Great service, very accommodating! Jetta had a damaged bumper that the dealership said required a replacement for $1,000. Bill at Yorkies fixed the bumper for a fraction of that price, $150, and made the bumper look like new without replacing it.Mechanical issues with Passat were solved quickly and for a reasonable price.
I have used Yorkies for years to maintain all of my foreign cars. Bill and his team have maintained a wide variety of cars weve owned from every type of car manufacturer. Whether it is my Jaguar needing an oil change, or my Infiniti needing standard maintenance, Ive always found the work to above par and reasonable. The Yorkies team has worked on cars for me from MINI, Jaguar, Infiniti, Nissan, Lexus, BMW, Alfa Romeo and even an older Ferrari. Id recommend Yorkies to anyone needing basic maintenance to full concourse restoration of any car. Their work is second to none.
My MGB has never run better- my wife likes to drive the car now- Great service- great knowledge- Bill is very helpful. Will defenitely go back again.
