Monica quoted a fake number to sell me, then the price got jacked up after she couldnt get access to my banking information and I paid the premium in full with no discount for doing so. Allstate then canceled my insurance and refunded only $726 of the $1351. For home and auto insurance this agent and company seem to be complete scan artists. I would never recommend them.

I have had many insurance companys in the past. My experience with Allstate has been great. Really appreciate the quick service when I call in with a policy change, to pay a bill, or just ask a question. Ive recommended Allstate to many people since making the switch myself.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with my Allstate agent Monica Witherspoons office! Her agent, Brandee Summers is simply the BEST! I was contacted about a year ago by Brandee who simply was calling to let me know she could get my policy rates down and add life for less than my current auto rate alone. I was impressed that a company would actually be looking out for the best interest of its customers in this way. recently added renters to my policy portfolio and Brandee was able to put together something in very short notice for me. Once again getting my rates lowered. Who doesnt love a company that is always looking out for you!? Brandee is an asset to this office and Im a lifelong customer if my last couple years with them are any indication of whats to come.
