Always helpful and very friendly. Willing to work with the customer via e-mail as well as telephone. If I request an agent will come to the home instead of me going to their office. They always bring a bone for our dog. It is the little things that make a good agent.

I love that she has so much knowledge and experience in other areas, it has truly help with everything from closing on my house to getting my car registered in MO. Laura even takes the time to explain everything to you, so you know what coverage you have, why you have it, and what your actually paying for. I’ve never had an someone break down anything like that and I’ve been with SF for 6 years and have moved to multiple states. Although I have not yet been in the office to meet the personnel, I have never been so well treated and well served by any other insurance agency or insurance brand during the course of our many relocations. I called State Farm because of my previous positive experiences. I called this office because it is the nearest to my home. This office is great and has been prompt and knowledgable as well as very friendly/personable every time I have spoken with Angela. When I first checked with State Farm it appeared they were quoting me higher than what I was currently paying with a different company. After speaking with Angela at this office I was able to get a more specific quote that actually decreased my monthly payments for equivalent coverage.

Made me leave State Farm who I have had insurance with since I was able to drive. Incredibly slow service when I went in and was told I didnt have to come in. So if they didnt want to see me in person, I dont want to give them my money.
