Overall decent experience, but my auto agent, Ali Scott, had awful communication.I cancelled my coverage and went to another plan because I was moving states... Well my agent completely ghosted me DURING the refund/transfer process. Couldn’t even get a response from her after multiple weeks of calls/emails. Had to call an 800 number to help with my refund. Otherwise, my money would still be in limbo. Support was very helpful.

Nobody likes to think about insurance until you need it. These guys will take the time to find the best rate and coverage for your situation and risk tolerance to ensure you are properly covered. Do yourself a favor and call them and they will go over your current policy and find a more affordable carrier with better coverage as they did with me.
