The worst company to deal with. I bought a water softener through an auction. Once I picked it up and brought it home., called a plumber to install it. Had to wait over a month as 2 plumbers did not show up. 3rd Plumber shows up and says this water softener has had a crow bar taken to it. It’s broke bad and there is no way this will work. I contacted Abigail and she said she was going to contact equip bid auctions. She has not returned my phone calls or text. Now she is telling me that because it’s been over 60 days, I may of broken the item myself.

Working with Abigail and her team was a great experience. They were very professional and honest. We were so overwhelmed with the task of emptying mothers house. We were able to turn it all over to Treasure Nest and in no time the auction was up and running. We were removed for the emotions of making decisions and from the work of trying to have a garage sale. We will work with them again when the opportunity arises.Great work Treasure Nest!

I had the best sale and all I had to do was mark the items to keep and the owner and her staff did the rest. Excellent service at the pickup location. Plenty of employees onsite to assist. I did not expect help with my purchase, but it was offered quickly. My item had some important components missing in the auction online photos, but the parts were located and included with my item. Very happy with this business.

I had THE BEST experience with Treasure Nest! I wasn’t sure I had enough to host an auction when I was moving, and Abigail came to check out my home and said let’s do it! The experience was SO much easier than I could have dreamed.They came to take photos and posted online as well as advertised for me. Every item looked better than the last. And not only did they look good but stuff sold! Making over 5K when I wasn’t even sure I had enough!The whole crew was so friendly and helpful and left the house clean and in the interim between the posting and the pick up left the house easy to navigate.The pickup was smooth and it was so nice to be completely hands off as the buyers came to pick up their ‘won’ items. The team set up tables and shelves outside so it wasn’t a bundle of ‘bidders’ in and out of the house.I can not say enough good things about Treasure Nest so I’ll end with this.You will not regret choosing this team!

Treasure Nest did a great job of organizing everything, and the person helping bidders at the site was quick helping us all find items and head out the door. Abigale Unfred and her crew, especially Steven D. and Brian, did an amazing job of organizing and carrying out the on-line estate sale of the overwhelming contents of my in-laws’ house. They were professional, organized, and efficient in the face of 50+ years of accumulation, and left the house empty and tidy at the end of the sale. The sale also netted a significantly higher return than the estimate we had received for a traditional, on-site estate sale. The detailed accounting and sales report that Abigale provided at the end of the sale will be a great help in settling the estate. And, unlike traditional estate sales, most of the items purchased were taken out to winning bidders waiting in the driveway, so there was a minimum amount of wear-and-tear on the house and on the neighborhood (no parking complaints). I am happy to recommend TreasureNest without reservation, and have already done so to several friends.

Very professional experience. Abigail knows how to separate or combine things to get the best price. She also has an eye for detail, which she puts in the descriptions, that increases the bidding prices. Phenomenal communicator--always returned texts or phone calls promptly. After I contacted Treasure Nest, Abigail Unfred, the owner, came to my house to discuss how we could work together. I was amazed at how easy it would be for me. I had been overwhelmed not only by the amount of things that had accumulated over the years, but also in figuring out just how to proceed. Abigail explained the various ways we could proceed and I chose to move my things out and then simply turn it all over to her. Treasure Nest obtained a dumpster for those things having no value (don’t we all have them?) and then set up an online auction for the rest. The auction was live for five days. At the end of that time the “winners” of auction items came to pick up their prizes and Treasure Nest took care that everything was out of the house. The very next day contractors arrived to make my house ready to sell.Everything was “turn key”. I trusted Abigail to do the very best for my belongings and she came through beautifully. And, within two days after the final clean out, I received a check for the net proceeds of the sale. In effect, she paid me to clean out my house! Thank you Abigail!
