I realized my packed upright freezer was not thawing even though it was running. I called for service and Michael was here in 10 minutes! He found the issue and that it was going to require replacement sooner rather than later. It was something requiring a tech so he called for us and found out what it would cost to get it running until we could order a new freezer and get it delivered. It was going to cost half of a new freezer so he recommended a place we could get a good price on a new freezer and get it immediately. He just charged for the service call and was very reasonable. I appreciate his being up front about the repair/replace cost benefit. We will use him again if we have appliance issues.
