Antonio was great! He diagnosed the issue quickly (and on a Saturday). When the part came in, he fixed the issue without any delay. He was also very helpful answering any questions we had as to preventing it from happening again. We will definitely be calling if (when) we have any other appliance issues.

I was helped by Jerome. He came by to check the issues with my washing machine, and was very professional and detailed about what was causing the problem (bearings were old and worn, making the machine bang around on spin cycles). Very happy to receive the advice he gave and highly recommend this service to others. Theyre availability, communication and ability to identify and resolve issues are very good, and they will not charge you an arm and a leg for their services. If ever in need of any repairs in the future, Ill be definitely contacting them again!

Our dishwasher was fixed by Jerome from Appliance 911. He came out quickly after the call was placed and identified the problem. He had several options to resolve the issue and was very knowledgeable. Once our part had arrived, he came over on a Saturday morning to install the part and get things up and running again. Booked a time frame of 12-4pm and took off work Waited all afternoon the tech finally showed up after 5pm. He looked at the fridge but forgot his tool at another client site, we said we can wait for him to go get his tools because weve waited all day already and would like our fridge diagnose. Got a call around 7pm that he couldnt get his tools and suggested rescheduling. I said, can we be priority the next day because nothing was done? Basically wasted the day just waiting. Tech said he couldnt put us on until another 12-4pm time frame the next day. I was not happy, you cant buy time with money. Weve booked with another company. Im disappointed as this company has so much good reviews.

I cant say enough good things about Appliance 911! Jerome and Antonio were professional and friendly and did a fantastic job! My washer quit draining and they did a thorough job on checking everything that could be causing the problem before determining that Id need a new drain pump. We thought it would take at least a week to get the new part but Jerome found one in a day, fit me in his schedule and was out here to fix it. I highly recommend this company and Jerome and Antonio were awesome!

Appliance 911 came and switched my dryer from a 4 prong to a 3 prong in the new house. They came out within 24 hours and did a great job.

The agitator on my stacked clothes washer stopped turning. Repairman Billy showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem. Parts were ordered and appeared in a few days. Billy reappeared and had them installed in 1/2 hour. Thanks for the great service.

I highly recommend Appliance 911. Kyle and Matt were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and repaired my oven in a timely manner. They even saved me money by suggesting a non brand name part. Many servicemen would have said only the brand name would work but these guys werent out just to make money. This is the company I will use in the future. I was also impressed with April, the lady I first spoke with on the phone. Awesome experience.

Called for service at 9 am and Scott was able to be here at 1:30 the same day to service a Maytag washing machine. Found a simple plug in a drain caused by washing rag quilts. Sooo happy I do not have to shop for a new washer to replace this 7 yo model. Quality service and will call them for ANY appliance service in the future.

I called appliance 911 in the morning, the company ANSWERED right away and scheduled for the same day around our schedule. RIGHT ON TIME, Merbah came in and began evaluating our Samsung Refrigerator and it was repaired in 20 minutes after a thorough evaluation. Merbah found out a fuse had blown and replaced it, explained what he did and had a great attitude, was professional and really nice. SO, since I had read a lot of reviews that rarely can anyone fix a Samsung Refrigerator AND HE Did, I mentioned I had another refrigerator that didnt work for 1/2 year!!! He went in and looked at it, cleaned it out and evaluated it. He repaired it within 15 minutes! Then I had him look at my mini fridge and asked why it wasnt working......he showed me where the switch for off and on was and turned it on. He is smart, kind and fast. WOW, am I blessed!!!
