I had a great experience with Kalispell Detailing, they were professional, kind and did a excellent job on my vehicle despite having water stains coving my seats and a crazy amount of dog hair. They were honest and up-front, letting me know that they arent magicians they can do the best they can with the time allotted for a full detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

The jeep was extremely clean and very well detailed. Almost new. The only problem was my kenwood stereo control buttons no longer work. Moisture? It was over a week after the detailing when I noticed it not working.

Sloppy mini-detail job: interior windows not washed, rear of car also missed and not washed. When told the owner seemed indifferent about it and seemed to imply that he neednt do anything to set it right (like wash the places he missed). Not recommended.

I’m am here now because they deleted my poor experience review that I had written on their Facebook page with pictures showing the poor job done. Then blocked me from being able to see or keep a review on their page. I now wouldn’t even rate 1 star if I had the option. Being a business you should allow good or bad reviews. If you truly cared for your reputation you’d show that effort in your work. I gave an honest experience for future customers that shouldn’t have to go through what I did. I had witnesses backing up what my car looked like before and after. They explained their experience from other auto detailers who gave them 150% professional finished results. They were blocked from their Facebook page too. My results were 70% incomplete. I won’t even go into details of my results of this “detailing”. The services I received was not detailing at all nor professional in any way. No where does it say a customers car had to fit a certain label or condition for it to be detailed professionally. They gave up halfway through cleaning (not detailing) my car, coincidentally my stereo started beeping and glitching, my dash lights dimmer no longer worked, and charged me full price for it all. I put faith in a local business with full intentions of bringing in other customers for services from this business if the job was well done. This business has poor integrity about their work and could care less about their customers or reputation. I will be filing a dispute.

This place is incredible. I own a Subaru Outback that I literally take EVERYWHERE: hiking, mountain biking, skiing, climbing, camping, etc. Needless to say it was quite used and needed some serious cleaning. I contacted these guys and they absolutely KILLED IT. I was completely blown away at how amazing the car looked after just 4-6 hours of them working on it. It legitimately looks like a brand new car that was just driven off the car lot yesterday. Craig and his crew blew my mind with their work and I would 110% recommend these guys to anyone. I wish I could give them 6 stars because they deserve it!

This is the experience my friend just had here.Kalispell Detailing is a joke and I will being filing a legit dispute for their incomplete services. I was given total careless unprofessional business. After sharing my poor experience as a review on their FB page, they deleted my review. Then immediately blocked myself and the witnesses of my car who backed up my review with their own comments. A professional business should except both positive and negative reviews. This is the only reason I’ve made this post.Not only was my car given 70% INCOMPLETE services, but my stereo started glitching making beeping sounds and my dash light adjuster was no longer working. Future customers should know what they are paying for.The owner of Kalispell Detailing has no integrity, responsibility, accountability, or pride in their work, even if it costs them a bad reputation. Not to mention the owners wife is totally disrespectful and intervened herself belittling and mocking me for my review that had pictures and witnesses to prove the halfass job done.Don’t offer services and not give them to your paying customers. If your vehicle has to match a certain standard to be detailed then list that in your discription and mention an additional price for additional time needed to clean a car. Which I was willing to pay if needed. I put faith into this local business and was made a fool out of.I left in complete flowing tears. I was ripped off BIG TIME.A $180 lesson learned today. I will definitely be more cautious of who I give my business to.I really hope this helps the next person.
