My husband left a review but now it’s not showing up. Bought a used 2006 Subaru for our daughter. We used this place off of high regards and a referral but this is the worst “detailing” I have ever seen. We tried calling and even left a message no one has returned our call to make it right. I never even got to meet with an actual person only talked over the phone. We think the carpet was shampooed and the dash was wiped down maybe even the cup holders(but not under the cup holder which is removable and gross)? I finished detailing the car for 3 hrs after i got it back. Didn’t clean trash between a seat, no grime was cleaned between normal crevices that should be detailed, still found dog hair, had to clean something that was sprayed across the entire ceiling, not sure the seats were cleaned (there was a red spot on the back seat that I had to scrub) had to wipe out the center console and I assumed the car would be washed which it wasn’t. I should have asked about that. Paid $175 for shampoo and Armor all. Extremely disappointed.

Paid for an inside- out, upside- down DETAIL. Decent job inside, outside not that good, forgot to finish buffing and just not very much attention to detail imo. I get it, cars backed up out there and thats great to see. I just dont think it will be mine again in the future.

These guys did a great job detailing my 4 Runner. I bought it used and it really needed some help. they were willing to work with my schedule and did a fantastic job! When I picked it up it really looked almost new! I highly recommend their service.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!Eh! Ive had better! Not thorough. I had them do it over and the owner did it this time and its still yucky! I can barely see through the windshield when the sun is shining on it because they used a greasy rag to clean it; the windows were cleaner before the detailing.I will not go back with my other three vehicles! They also knew that I had three more vehicles to do when I took my car in so it doesnt make any difference to them what did they do a good job or not!!!

I have Bumper to Bumper do 30-40 details a month for me. Our car-lot has been doing business with Brian & his Dad Joe since the early 90s.I wouldnt trust anyone else with our vehicles, and I know that they always do an amazing job.Everyone is human, and if there is ever a mistake they always go above and beyond to make it right.Theyll continue to get our business for as long as theyll take it.

Brought in our Honda Pilot to get cleaned. They did an EXCELLENT job and even got out all that stubborn dog hair. Very reasonably priced and excellent work. We will be coming back for sure!

My hubby called this guy up and he said he was a week out, but to bring our 2008 Honda Pilot by anyhow, so he could take a look and get us in. We just got our Pilot used and it has some scratches and little dents that we wanted taken care of.My hubby gets there, the guy takes a look and then says he doesnt want to work on it. Weird business model to say the least. If only he knew my husband likes his cars perfect, no matter how old, and that we pay top dollar for great customer service and expertise. He didnt recommend anyone else either.Weve had detailing done at the Spokane Shop in Spokane, WA where theyve been able to, over the phone mind you, let us know how they could help, apprise us of rates and schedule an appointment.Well keep looking for local detailing that meets this standard. Otherwise, Spokane Shop it is!

Place was fantastic. We had a rental with some superficial scratching from driving dirt roads in the national park and they took care of them completely and quickly. Highest recommendation!
