We have several chips around 8-9 of them but our insurance requires a new replacement windshield instead of repairing that many chips. Grime2shine was sent the new windshield to be installed. Took our truck in and dropped it off. About an hour later he called and said that the windshield doesn’t need to replaced. Said he refuses to put it in. So now we have to wait to see who else the the company who subbed it out to them to find another place to replace the windshield. So this place is lazy and refuses to do there job. Be very careful dealing with this ignorant man. And as to his response he is lying he was subbed out from a company in Missoula. They’re are around 8 chips in the window and one has started to beyond a chip. And we never got rude with him he was paid to do a job and he still has the window that was paid from our insurance company. This man is a crook

Andys was AMAZING! We were on vacation (from Colorado!) when our back window broken. He was able to fit us in on short notice, and able to accommodate our vacation schedule, allowing us more fun time, and getting the window replaced before we left. He even saved us some money with our insurance. We are grateful for how kind and accommodating they were. Thank you!

Excellent prices for rock chip repair and wind shield replacement. Very friendly. Good to call ahead and make sure that they have your window size in stock, usually get things ordered in a few days.

I set an appointment showed up 15 min. early and they didnt have the appointment down in the books. No one would come in to fix it ether both the guys were gone and wouldnt come back in to work. The guy behind the desk is courteous however so 2 stars.

No longer Andys auto glass. Now it is grime to shine. Over priced and left my truck dirty inside.

Fast service...door glass had to be ordered but they had it delivered and replaced in 3 days. Bad thing is that they didnt bother cleaning the broken glass from inside the door while they had it torn apart. Now glass rattles around any time we shut the door or hit a bump...boo. And they chipped the paint/vinyl on the door post between the front and back door.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Had truck window replaced and noticed when shutting the door I also had broken glass in the bottom of the door. I removed the door panel to discover that the panel wasnt even secured, all the plastic to prevent dust and water from entering the door had also been removed and not replaced. I took my truck back in with the panel off and showed Andy himself and the resposne I recieved was what do you want me to do about it??? REALLY? No refund, no trying to make it right, no pride in thier work. If I wouldnt have pulled the panel off myself the damge to my door could have been extensive!! All I can say is CROOK AND I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF??

Scratched the absolute hell out of the area the windshield sits in. Then theres 2 trim pieces that sit on top, they broke the snaps and didnt even mention it to me.
