This tree service was amazing and great! Answered my phone call when several other tree trimming companies did not - and provided a fast and fair estimate when promised. They actually scheduled my job sooner than expected, arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, trimmed my tree exactly as requested, and cleaned up! They even had me take a look half way through the trim to check their work to make sure it was as I requested. My maple tree looks amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I actually haven’t used this service (yet) but in my two encounters with Eric, I was impressed by his knowledge and general arborist wisdom in diagnosing some problematic trees on my property.What was more impressive is his honesty in not trying to push for a contract in any way. There was rational discussion of the possibilities and whether work was truly necessary at this point. Feeling no pressure was refreshing. I highly recommend this tree service!

I had big tree branches hanging over the roof on the front and back of the house. Richardson Tree Removal guys came and trim them. The clean up was meticulous. They even removed some fallen branch from my backyard without being told! Very professional and good service. I will use them again.

We had Philip and team work on our property yesterday, cutting trees, trimming, chipping and hauling away the tree debris. They did an great job and made sure everything was perfect before they left. First time getting wood from Arbanas. This was probably the highest quality firewood that Ive ever received. Equal lengths, split to food appropriate size, straight grained, and very well seasoned. He was definitely not stingy like others in the past. Will never buy from anyone else again!

The owner of this company came the day after my first phone call and coordinated his schedule to provide an estimate when I had to make a last minute change. His estimate included proof of insurance. He arranged the work to be done in a timely fashion. He also followed up with a personal phone call afterward. He obviously cares very much about his business. Stump grinding is a messy business and best to prepare your work site to control debris.

Todd Arbanas does what he says he will do. His team operates efficiently and professionally, with homeowner satisfaction and safety in mind. HThey have removed trees and stumps for us and we will call on them again.

We had a very nice estimator last year who was very knowledgeable but because we cannot afford the bigger backyard job and only need a few limbs trimmed, and despite it being a danger right now, we were just told we arent a financial win for them and my veracity was in question on a previous quote. Very disappointed as they had come highly recommended. Their motto of no job too small isnt apparently being lived up to right now.
