They were professional, on time, and did a great job. I had 3 trees removed and they cleaned up my yard and it looked amazing. Highly recommend.

Had 2 trees removed that were in close proximity to my house. They arrived on time and took both down within 2-3 hours. They also did a really great job at making sure not to tear up any of my front lawn with the equipment. Everything was cleaned up after the job, and they even blew the stray wood chips off of my roof. Very professional and quality job.

They were great came in all went as planned. A very difficult access to deal with and great all the way through cleanup.

I received a written estimate from Total Tree in October 2020 for the removal of two large oak trees and the pruning of two additional oaks. Dan did the estimate and remained my point of contact throughout. I was happy with their quoted price and scheduled the services for December. The scheduling process was a bit awkward. I had to do everything thru text to Dan and it took awhile to get a date scheduled. Then a few days prior Dan called and said they had to cancel and would reschedule. After this I heard nothing till I reached out in February. With the severe winter weather I was told they couldnt do the work yet. I reached out again in mid March with no reply. I finally go ahold of Dan at the end of March and he gave me a lame excuse about their bucket truck being broke and they didnt know when it would be fixed so I should probably find someone else to do the work Unfortunately after waiting 4 months for them the trees are now going to start sprouting leaves meaning Ill have to wait till next winter to find someone else to do the pruning. This puts my house and fence at risk of damage from the dead limbs for another 8+ months. From interactions with Dan I had a suspicion he felt he under quoted my estimate. Instead of just being a professional and telling me they couldnt do the work, or saying the price would be higher, I believe he just strung me along, with no intent to actually do my services, in hopes Id just give up and stop calling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, even if they seem great at the estimate and give you a price that sounds great.

Dan came out to take a look and gave a quick, fair estimate to remove two dead trees, one on the opposite side of our fence. When we were ready to schedule, it took maybe a week or two to get on their schedule. The crew came out on time, in full PPE, and with a copy of proof of insurance in hand. They were hardworking, courteous of our property, and very highly skilled. At the end, every stick and bit of sawdust was raked up or blown. Coming from the world of logging, I was blown away by the job they did, from start to finish. We will absolutely be recommending Total Tree Service and using them again in the future.

After contacting 7 different tree removal companies, Total Tree Service by far was the best. Quick service, reasonably priced and very thorough. When I called to make an appointment for a free quote, Angie answered and was extremely professional and very courteous. When Curtis arrived for the quote, he was just as friendly and very personable. I am glad that I chose Total Tree Service and I will recommend them to everyone I know. In the words of my husband Its about time that someone did a good job We contacted total tree service for an estimate, and were a little thrown off that it would take almost 3 weeks for them to come to our home. However, after many tree companies that were contacted, and did not come, or gave us ridiculous quotes, we had basically given up. 3 weeks past and on our schedule Total Tree Service was due to come out and give us our estimate that day. This is where they impressed us and continued to do so. We kind of figured they wouldnt show up, because we had already had bad experiences and it had been 3 weeks. But the owner not only came out on that day, but showed up right on time. They gave us a great estimate. We had 13 large trees removed from our property. Total tree service showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally the entire time. It took them 2 days to remove the trees, and it looked fantastic! You couldnt tell where the 13 trees once were, because they did such a great job with the stump grinding. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very nice and professional to interact with. We will never go with another tree service. We have already given their information to others that were looking for a great tree service. You will not be disappointed.

My wife contacted Total Tree Service and made an appointment to get an estimate. They were the only company that actually had someone answering the phone instead of leaving a message. Dan came out and reviewed the work, gave me a price, and then by good luck was able to come the next day with his crew and do the work.It was a fair price, done by hard workers, and a complete job. We are very happy with the work done by the company and recommend them for any minor or major tree trimming jobs you might need.
