This was the first time Id been there in several years. The guys were very efficient and did a great job. They replaced the air filter and gave me $5 off. I will be back!

I had gotten my oil change at Pennzoil at the end of June 2021.I ended up having car issues about a month later(today’s date: 7/23/2021).I got a call from the mechanic and they let me know my oil was very black and my air filter was in wrong. My oil had been leaking into my car and ended up causing extensive damage.Please beware. Staff was nice but have no clue what they are doing..

Awesome guys I work at a shipping doc down the road take the work trucks and personal cars there regularly. Normally Im on the clock and wish they would take longer to do a great job lol!

Went in to get everything checked on my car today around 11:30am before going on a long trip. The guys at the shop where polite, kind, and professional. they got me in and out and made sure my car was set to go and did not try to find things to fix or adjust just to make some money. The guys were really great! Will definitely be getting my next oil change and service done here!

The guy was rude on the phone, and yelled at me when I asked where to go and park my car for an oil change. This was first experience with them. I left and went to Monro where they were actually nice

Quick fast and easy place to get your oil change

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. They charged me $145 for synthetic oil and new filters, which was definitely more than I’ve ever paid but I thought: at least it’s all finished and done correctly. Hours later, my engine light came on. Spent a day trying to figure out why. Found out that they forgot to put the air hose back together, resulting in the damage of the master air filter. Called to explain to the manager, Dan, who could not have been more patronizing and flippant with me. He wouldn’t even let me finish my first sentence before talking over me like a child about what could possibly be wrong, when I was trying to explain that I had already gotten a code review from O’Reillys telling me it was the air filter. He then told me that he would order the part and call me before the end of the evening to confirm. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve still not gotten a call. I replaced the air filter myself. Total cost of their oil change, taking into consideration a missed day of work, half a tank of gas lost, and the $125 filter? $600. I will NOT be back.

Theyre quick but 85 dollars for an oil change?!!! Most ridiculous price Ive EVER paid. Dont send a rookie to take your car for an oil change. Theyll get ripped off!!! Never going here again.

I stopped in on my way out of town for an oil change. Once completed they charged my card, then stated the charge didn’t go thru so I paid in cash. I soon realized the charge did appear on my credit card so I contacted the manager. He assured me if I emailed him my proof that it had been charged on my card that he would correct it. He did not ask for my name or my phone number to get ahold of me and let me know it was taken care of so I called back this morning just to be informed the manager has not even spoke to the owner. Do not waste your time here. They clearly have no intention on paying for the extra oil change I was charged for.

Extremely overpriced. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else for half the cost.

They claim they do everything on the checklist and they dont theyll just change the oil without checking tire pressure, lights etc the manager is mean and makes you feel uncomfortable about him working on the car. They also dont have the prices posted they just have you pull in, start draining your engine them tells you the price once you ask 60.00 for them to change your oil and do absolutely nothing else they didnt even check my cabin filter dont go here.

Main tech is honest and very knowledgeable. If he reccomend it, my experience has been to listen.

My daughter stopped into this location yesterday for an oil change! And, of course, they tried to sell her things she didnt need!!! They convinced her that she needed an engine flush and then forgot to put the cap back in the antifreeze reservoir! Ultimately her car shut down a few hours later! I had to drive down from GR to find their screwup!!! She tried to call them about it, but they never responded!! Great service guys 👍👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Quick, to the point, and friendly! There were no pushy add-on sale attempts, and let me know that I was getting close to needing my air filter replaced but didnt push for the sale then. Highly recommended, will return.
