Recently had some old wheels in my garage so I decided to take them to Belle Tire to get the bolt patterns measured so I could sell them. First guy came out to my car and started measuring the wheels. After about five minutes I asked him if he knew what he was doing, he admitted he had no idea so he got his manager. Manager came out with an attitude measured five of my wheels (all different sizes) and as I was asking him about the measurements he walked away until it got to the point where I was yelling across the parking lot to talk to him because I wasn’t sure about his measurements. He just walked away. He measured two of the five wheels wrong, giving me incorrect bolt patterns that didn’t even exist. Very disappointed. Took the wheels down the road to Discount Tire and it was as if they were happy to see me. They measured my wheels and even told me what vehicles they would fit. Belle Tire lost a customer that day.

I called for an appointment at 10 am but there were no appointments left for the day. I had a tire with a slow leak. I was told to just come in and theyd fit me in. I stopped in at 12:45 and was out before 3 with a tire replacement. Very happy with the customer service, friendliness of all workers & the speedy service.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. My car has been making this creaking noise for about a month now so I took it to belle tire they told me it was a tie rod I got it fixed and the same day my car was making the same noise I took it back a 2nd time and they told me they didn’t know what was causing the noise and it would just have to get worse to find out what it is. Very unprofessional and will never go back

Went there to get a new tire and the guy there hardcore tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a women and knew nothing about cars. tried to get me to buy 1000 dollars worth of car parts on my car and said that it was unsafe for me to drive anywhere but I took my car to a mechanic and they said my car was fine and nothing but a couple of parts needed to be changed. so glad i only got 2 tires there. such a rip off.

Had to go here two days in a row they got me a brand new tire with a shiny rim. (I think that’s what it’s called) I was also able to come in on Saturday and get my front breaks repaired. Kindve costly but I could have been paying alot more somewhere else and I go to belle tire for everything tire/repair related. The guys are so nice there.

Cameron the manager did a awesome job with my Audi yesterday. Showed me before and after my 4 wheel alignment, definitely everything that was done, was done in a timely matter. Definitely recommend the Gull Rd Belle Tire to anyone!

I literally got ripped off. I don’t know much about cars so I trusted this company with my car to change the back breaks. I got charged $414.Just crazy how people take advantage.I’m never going back here again.

I was greeted when I walked in. The staff were friendly and kind. I was told it could take two hours because they were really busy that day. I left and walked to a local business. Less than 45 minutes later I was called to hear my car was done. The guys were friendly again, gave me my keys and thanked me for my business. Very different from my contact with the staff at the Portage store. They know what customer service is.

Belle Tire removed the nail in my tire on a busy New Years Eve in less than an hour. I didn’t buy this set of tires there, but they still fixed it free of charge. Much appreciated.

These guys are the kings of front end alignment. No one is better, No one !Had front end work done at the best repair shop in kalamazoo, and they did the alignment, but it wasnt nearly perfect., So I took it to belle since I used them before.My old grand cherokee rides lime a new one at 85mph.

Brian and his crew saved me over $1,700 of unnecessary repairs. I brought them an estimate from another shop that I took the vehicle in to get the a/c fixed because the guy who does the a/c work at BT wasn’t available.I take it to this other shop and they find all these other things wrong with it. I took it to my guys in Gull Road and they were truthful and fixed only what needed to be repaired.My house has 5 vehicles and I trust Brian, Chas, Jeff and Kyle to take care of my vehicles without the worry so many other people have about getting ripped off. Very disappointed in customer service. I purchased tires from another business and just need to have the old tires removed and have the new tires installed. I called on July 23, 2020 and talked to Jeff and was given a price of $30 per tire to remove, balance, and dispose of the old tire. On July 24, 2020 (one day later) I went to the service desk and talked to someone and he said the price would be $48 to remove, balance, and dispose of the tire.  The individual tried to talk me out of not balancing the tire that they didn’t need it because it was a trailer. Which I understand he was trying to help, but its only his opinion. I was very disappointed over the price change that I took my business somewhere else.

This Belle tire is the best! So knowledgeable and informative. We worked with Chas Lofts. He lets us know what we need and what we don’t need in an understandable helpful way. I have complete trust in what he tells me is what I do actually need.

Went in to get tires replaced. Took a little longer than expected but they accidentally did an alignment for my car. They did not charge me for it due to not wanting it in the beginning. Overall great service and great people. Will come back!

They overcharge you and tell you parts need to be fixed or replaced that are working fine.They use bad quality after market parts because they can mark them up more than good quality parts.Do not walk away, RUN.

Have replaced my/ wifes tires here a couple of times. Usually decent service, but Ive noticed they dont check the air when finished. Also they dont place the new tires on the rear of the car which is needed to help the driver maintain control/ traction in slippery roads.

I love coming here to get my oil changed and their customer service is outstanding. They are always very friendly and courteous.

There used to be a tech there named Alex. He did all the work on my car and I was always pleased with it. Then he transferred to the one on M-43 and so did I. Fantastic service. Alex left, and so it seems the quality service did too. Ive been there twice since, and both times I left with things wrong with my car that werent when I came in. Where is Alex?

Called belle tire to confirm my appointment to get caliper covers put on my vehicle & chad or Chaz tells me he doesn’t know what caliper covers are and never heard of it before. I thought this was a tire shop...

Have had my vehicle in and out of this particular shop numerous times, for everything from oil changes to tires to sensors. No matter what the problem is they always seem to fix it in a timely manner and with a smile on their face. Staff is always super accommodating and friendly!

Ive been a loyal customer for 9 years... bought at least 6 sets of tires from Belle, Ive lost track honestly...and sent friends there too. But Im completely done and switching to Discount Tire. The waiting times are always ridiculous. The free tire rotations Belle offers is completely worthless if you cant get an appointment and have to wait several hours just for a tire rotation. I called Discount Tire and they got me an appointment and were very happy to rotate my tires for me since it meant I was leaving Belle. Belle has had some royal screw ups over the years that Ive forgiven them for, but Im done now. Dont bother trying to get me back, Ive given you so many second chances Ive lost count.

I used to take my car to Belle Tire all the time. At some point, they changed management. Now they add so many unnecessary recommended items, your bill basically doubles. I was going to fix my fuel pump there but they decided to add spark plug wires, spark plugs, all new coils, etc. The estimate should have been around $700 but ended up close to $1,200.

I was in a pinch, car needed repaired in a hurry. Chas, the store manager went above and beyond to get my car in and within a couple hours he had me back on the road. New struts, inner tie rod end and alignment. Now my car is riding just like the day I bought it. Belle Tire and their employees are a life savers.

Not just a tire shop, they handle most any repair you may need at a fair price. They have an air conditioned lounge, clean restrooms. They operate on a first come first serve basis so if you dont mind waiting your turn in line they will get to you as soon as its your turn. Its a good idea to get there early in the morning for more complicated repairs, On engine repairs or DTCs drop your car off and they will call you with an estimate. This company prides itself in customer service, and they are very professional and customer oriented. Just a great bunch of guys.

My 90 year old mother came to your store today. She needed 1 tire replaced due to her car being struck at Meijer parking lot.. the tires she had were still in good shape.. your store told her she needed to replace all 4 tires and not just 1.. I understand not being able to replace just one tire due to wear on the rear of the car but in no way did she need all 4 replaced.. I feel your store took advantage of her..

I would recommend Belle tire to anyone that needs repairs done to the vehicle. Belle tire has tires maintenance schedules for your car or truck. The license technicians at Belle Tire are excellent. They take pride in their work also. I think all the technicians and counter staff that they do a great job.

I came in for an oil change. They told me I was next in line and that it would be 45 minutes to and hour. Pretty typical. After an hour and a half, my car still hadnt moved. I asked for a status update, and again they told me I was next in line. When asked why it was taking so long, he told me there was only one technician. I counted 3. In total, it took 2 and a half hours for my oil change. And they acted like they could not care less. Never going back.

I used to come here all the time and have had great service. The last few visits Ive had extremely slow service.Today I asked about the time for an oil change and was told they had someone who could work on it right away. And they pulled my car in within 5 minutes. Then I sat there and waited. And waited. It ended up taking over an hour and a half and I brought it up. They told me the technician was working as fast as possible. I know very well that a simple oil change shouldnt have kept me there half that time.I wasnt offered any explanation or real sympathy. I wont be visiting this location again. Had multiple customers go in and out in the meantime. This was entirely unacceptable. I wish this was the same quality and service I had a few years ago.

Very accommodating for my uber inspection. What was going to take a couple hours to get my vehicle inspected for rideshare only took about 20 minutes. Theres reasons why I use belle tire on gull road. Very pleased, thank you!

We were there at 7:30 pm. They close at 8:pm tonight. There were 3 guys standing around doing nothing. We went in and ask if they could just check out our tire seeing we bought them there. They said no. They didnt have time. But there was no one else there. They were just standing around. One guy was pulling a van in to park it for the night. There was no one in there actually working on a car. You should never turn away business until those doors are locked!!

Less than a week after the soft opening at 6:30 in the morning... Not bad. The place was well staffed and they did a beautiful job on the build. Glad to have Starbucks back on the east side of town.

On 6/28/17 I arrived at this location at 8:00am to have my driver side rear tire looked at. I was helped by an older gentleman whom according to the receipt name is Lawrence Hillring. When I walked in he continued to work on his computer. He finally answered with What do you want?I ignored his rudeness and proceeded to tell him the problem. He was very rude and did not really explain what was going on. He asked for the key and that was it. It took about 35 minutes until I walked back up to the counter to ask what was going on. He said something about a sensor a valve. Did not go into detail at all and picked up the phone and started calling places. I stood there confused with what was going on. He apparently was calling around for a part he needed. After hanging up he started to walk away while I was still at the counter so I walked behind him while he proceeded to grab coffee.His customer service was extremely rude. At 9:19 I was finally done. Today as I was driving on my way to Detroit 6/29/17 the tire pressure light began to blink. I drove to the Battle Creek location on Capital Ave. They politely looked at my vehicle and realized the only thing replaced was the valve and not the sensor. According to the guys at the BC location they were supposed to replace the sensor.Do not go to this location. Save yourself the poor customer and go to a different location.
