Im on the Blue Team. I have called and left messages and my case manager will not return them. This is very unprofessional behavior.

This is a place that can help those that are willing to make the commitment to helping themselves. Ive been blessed to have the opportunity to work with them to reach my goals of worth and mental stability and I am grateful.

I commend these people for helping mentally ill and other individuals that need help. They are working as hard as they can with whats given them.Ive received much help from Interact and I will continue to go there and recommend others do.

I have known several graduates of Interact programs. This is the most effective program I have seen in Kalamazoo for actually helping at risk clients to gain self sufficiency.

Do not recommend they will make you take medicine Even if you dont want to take your medicine and they will charge you $42 Monthly For Pay E services when they do not even do anything To deserve that money They are making $500 per person A year and theyve got to have at least 30 to 40 people at that up This place is the worst place ever

Horriable case management didnt help any way what so ever

Never get an actual person, been on a wait list forever

Almost never get an actual person and calls are rarely if ever returned more of a headache than a help
