Very nice people overnight parking available quikly loading. But your trailer must be clean no restroom

Must be ontime to your appointment. Minute late is late. Alot of people on here complain about wait time to get loaded but alot has changed in the last 2 years and wait times are minimal as long as loads are ready and you are early/on time for appointment. Most of these drivers dont understand instructions and lengthen loading times by refusing to listen to anything the CSR says aside from that dock number. Clean your trailer- glass doesnt blow out...

If your coming for pickup... avoid... long long long waiting...now i feel like i gonna sit here for ever... better to avoid this place talk with your dispatch

I came to this company for pick up I checked in the office person is nice but the tow motor who load me he is an old man with the glasses he is so slow I think he makes hours he loaded me but I was waiting almost 30 minutes for the paperwork he loaded me in one hour and 30 minutes plus 30 minutes waiting for the paperwork I went inside to get the paperwork he said that just go to your truck I will bring the paperwork, I think who ever come to this company just talk to his supervisor to correct him I don’t say to rush in the work but at least be honest to the company you work with it.His name is Gary something....I don’t see all crew is bad.

If you, as a driver.... cant find the bay... DONT DRIVE, especially down I-94. Great logistics company, and unless you are a problem, Kenco/ Wagner will do everything to get you out and about. Worked there in 2015 and know that they are experts at their job, unless you arent. Much respect for the hard work and hospitality be they provide. Grade A.

By the way, truck entrance is at the back of the building, Once you are on the mid link, stop sign, make a right, the 2nd Drive on left and go to door 3474. After reading the reviews, I told to dispatcher, per Google review postings, very bad place to go for pickup. Then my dispatcher give me an appointment time at 1pm. Checked in 1250pm, right away they put me in the dock door and loading started immediately. No doubt, it is a clean facility. They ship to all big national brands, so couldnt go wrong all the times.

Great warehouse, so clean and the employees are very precise and effeicient. Great experience. Keep it up

When you book the load from here, ask broker if the Load is ready to be shipped... That’s the warehouse with ready production - they receive the loads from the factory 10 mi away from here...
