Started off shaky with my 4pm appointment not having a tech there and had to be moved to 4:45pm but luckily I had things I could do during that 45 minutes.At 4:45pm it worked out and the tech was nice and explained things.Unfortunately though my moms car needs an administrator key in order to program a replacement key and we dont have that so they werent able to help me.Looks like I have to go to the dealership and pay those inflated prices.Id go back to them for anything else though.
