Collin & all of the trainers are very knowledgeable in writing personalized workouts for YOU, that meet your specific needs, wants, goals, any limitations, etc. Working out in a supportive community with your personalized goals in mind, with the care and support from them — it truly doesn’t get much better than that. You’ll work harder than you’ve worked before and it will leave you wanting to come back for more every time.

They embraced and supported my goals and designed a custom-fit program to propel me toward success. I have had good experience with fitness for two decades in conditioning, triathlon, and marathon training, yet the KAT team has pushed me to new levels of fitness. Awesome facility. Great trainers who pay close attention to detail with each individual client. Workouts are challenging and are made to push you to your limits. If you participate in athletics or would like to develop healthful habits, Id highly recommend KAT S&C. Make sure youre prepared to work your butt off though.. theyll hold you accountable!

This place is the best for good training. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their training groups are small (no bigger than 4 people) so you are still able to get one on one training. I LOVE this place. K.A.T is where its at for a good training experience.

I have never hated something and been so obsessed with it in my life. I came to KAT looking to move in general with more guidance than what keyboard cowboys on the internet could give me, and what I have received is so much more.The staff is well educated and always have your safety in mind. They are willing to push you but listen to what you have to say and legitimate concerns you have about any training you are doing. It is a delight to be a client at KAT.On a more personal note, without KAT I would have never been introduced to powerlifting and be participating in a sport I enjoy as an adult. No matter what your goals are, sport or no sport, they will adapt their training and help you meet your personal goals.I highly recommend you give their free trial session a go and check them out.

When I first started at KAT a month ago, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. As primarily an endurance athlete who frequently runs long distances, I wanted to incorporate more strength into my workouts as well as interval training. Just beginning the “warm up” was enough to tire me out when I first started but now I’m able to see the difference in my strength as the warm ups are not as difficult. They even play my favorite music; 90s gangsta rap 😎

Kalamazoo Athletic Training (KAT) is a fun place to get fit. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable, they find what is the best workout routine that fits your lifestyle and goals. From somebody that used to have a very sedentary lifestyle, once I started coming to KAT I got instantly motivated and have made good progress in my fitness goals. Highly recommended! I was looking for a place that had experienced trainers since I was recovering from an injury and didnt want to back track. They not only have customized a program that works with my continued rehab, but have been able to strengthen my total body. All of the trainers are very experienced and can handle ALL levels of abilities from MMA, IronMan to someone like me who just wants their life back.

I have always thought I worked out hard, but since training with Adam and Brandon, it was clear that I could push myself to a higher potential. Workouts are efficient and effective. I used to train on my own at a traditional/commercial gym almost every day, 2-hrs each time. Since starting a membership at KAT, Ive only been training a few times a week, 1-hr each session...and my strength and conditioning has never been better.

I love this place. Adam and Brandon are great coaches amazing at what they do. You need to prepare yourself for a competition or just want to make a life style change they know what to do for you.I use to do CrossFit and loved it I am sure I would still enjoy it today, but since I have been working out at KAT I have found myself gaining a lot more in strength and ability to lift better. With workouts being in a small group setting it makes it that much easier for the coaches to be able to help you out with form and even push you more.If you are looking for that place to fit your needs stop on in and see what KAT is all about you wont regret it.
