UPS Store is well-known shipping store. We can not say too much about it. Just I want to mansion few things about it . They are not only a shipping store. You can also print some paper from them if you need, or send it via them. Their service is incredible fast and good. You can send your packages anywhere safely and with good price. Also, they do have some other good things there. With Pandemic they kept good spaces between people for social distance, not much people can wait inside. I gave 4 stars because, before two days they were supposed to ship a package to my house but they couldnt. I don’t know why, and then they said you have to wait one more business day if you want to pick it up. Otherwise, I see they are one of the greatest stores in my Area. They have many stores here, so this is not the only branch. You can see inside the store a small T.V shows the times of departure and arrival packages. Even more, in and outside shipping, and all that things are matter for shipping. Here I conclude my review please share with me your opinion and tell me what you think.

Brought several items to be packaged & shipped in one big box. Assumed it was going UPS. When I couldn’t find package using UPS tracking, I called store and they said it was shipped via US Postal Service and that while they told me it would arrive in two days (& is even on receipt), it was really going to be a week later. Further noted comment on receipt that actual weight was 9.24 lbs, billable weight they charged was 30 lbs. I will not be recommending or using this store again. Not to mention the lack of friendliness. Not rude but “all business” in an abrupt manner.

Avoid using UPS at all cost I had my daughters life-and-death medication shipped to me via UPS it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday March 25th it was not It was not delivered on March 26 either March 28 I got an invoice for a final delivery i called UPS and they tell me my package as being sent back to the sender i have proof UPS did not attempt to make 2 deliveries prior to the final delivery notice This is life-and-death medication that keeps my daughter alive so I call UPS and they tell me that my shipment is being sent back to the shopper and refuse to intercept and send back to me update contacted the sender and was told by them that the reason the package was returned was because it was damaged so I guess it is appropriate to lie to customers I was told one thing and the sender was told something completely different never using ups again

OK, I rarely give any business a 5 star rating. But I have to say that I continue to get excellent service from this location, and especially Eric. The kids a superstar. Knows everything about his job, and stays upbeat and positive. I had a neurological event a few years back and Im not always fully cognizant of my reactions and timing. I dont always get the treatment I got today. Kudos to the staff, I highly recommend this location. One other thing. Give Eric a raise..

I had my daughters life saving medication shipped via ups a huge mistake on my part because the ups driver only made one attempted delivery before sending the package back to sender when I called them about it I was told that they had made 2 attempts prior to the final delivery which was a lie I have video proof that says otherwise I was told by customer service that a supervisor can halt the package and redirect it back to me another lie the supervisor told me that they couldnt do that and refused to do anything to get my daughters medication to her I contacted the sender and they told me that the reason the package was sent back was because it had gotten damaged so many lies ups has been telling me that I know that I can never trust ups again

I don’t normally do this whole review thing, but because I have an unusual fear of walking into most post offices but have no problem going to this one, I figure there’s a reason. UPS is the bomb and the people at this particular location are great. They have new ownership so if you had a bad experience give em another go!And if you have a bad customer experience in there, it’s likely you being a dummy.

I needed to print so many items for a bridal shower coming up. In my panic, Dylan at UPS saved the day! He showed me the various cardstock options and made sure all the documents printed perfectly. He even cut them all down to size for me! Excellent service! I will definitely be back for all my projects in the future.

This was my first time ever going into this store to pick up a package. I missed a package today and there was a tag left on my door to pick it up at this location. When I get there my package was not at this store and I asked where my package was. The two people at the counter did not give me any useful information. They said it was not there yet and they would not have it until the next business day. Then they told me to drive to the hub to see if the package was there. I asked if there was a number to call before I made an unnecessary trip and they said no. So I drove all the way out to the hub just for the hub employees to tell me to call the number on the back of the tag and the item will be held for me. Instead of wasting my time driving everywhere I could have already called that phone number if I had the correct information.

I have to let people know what a great experience I had here. I had an unexpected issue that was very urgent to take care of and needed to print, sign, notarize and overnight legal papers for a house closing. I had only received the papers at 10:30 that Saturday morning and was in a panic. Mary patiently helped me work through all of it and also helped make sure I didnt miss anything in my rush. She was sympathetic and efficient at the same time and really eased my stress. I highly recommend them. They made my day.

I have been using this UPS store for 2 years. In that time I have seen staff come and go, and have experienced a small amount of innocent mistakes, but all in all they are polite and very helpful. Most of the negative reviews here should be directed at UPS company itself and not this store, who is simply a franchisee. And I will continue to use them for many years to come. They get the job done and staff is great

Typically dont leave reviews but I received some great customer service from Elrico. He was very helpful, patient and accommodating throughout my time at both stores. I was able to deliver my emergency package on time because of him, great employee for the store.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I paid them $ 50 to professionally package an electronic device, and another $ 50 so ship it, along with insurance from the item through UPS. My item was packaged inappropriately by this store and UPS has denied the claim due to insufficient packaging (by the professionals at the UPS store 2003 at W. Main and Drake in Kalamazoo). They refused to help with an insurance claim. I will NEVER use a UPS store again, this was horrible. Equally disappointed in UPS insurance. I can understand if someone not professional packages something poorly thats one thing, but when you PAY the UPS store to package professionally, and pay them to insure it, youd think you were covered.....wrong.UPDATE: I prevailed in in small claims court for the amount of my damages, still awaiting check from UPS Store # 2003 as an award of that case. As of 11/17/16, its been over 2 months since the item was shipped and damaged, over a month since paypal automatically pulled a refund for the buyer. Recommend FED-EXShouldnt UPS STORE # 2003 at West Main & Drake package per UPS Standards in all circumstances? The UPS denial of the claim states packaging not per UPS standards, the packaging done by your store. I also agree with the other reviewer below, use the Westnedge store, if you use UPS at all. Wow - I guess I should have check the better business bureau, looks like Store # 2003 has the same sub-par service as many UPS stores.... FED EX from here forward

I have been doing business with this store for a number if years! I visited the store recently and the clerk (bald Caucasian male) was very rude and in deserving of a termination letter! I will try my hardest to NEVER visit this store again! Poor customer service and common sense is definitely lacking and I am using these words out of respect (something that wasnt displayed) I walked out of the store due to the treatment I witnessed and called to have the package redelivered.

Ive been using this store for a long time. I have always gotten excellent service here. They give you a receipt if you want one. I guess some think they shouldnt have to ask. I always ask and they always oblige. Customers are unrealistic a lot of times. Way to go Team Main St. Keep up the good job!

Some of these reviews say the awful employee is gone, but I dont think so. I think this is the same woman who has been there for years and she was extremely rude, loud and obnoxious. She was on a power-trip and changed the package I easily walked in with to say it weighed 91 lbs, costing me $59 instead of $19, which I did not find until I was invoiced by UPS. She may have ripped me off for $40, but Im a business owner and we will never ship there again.

Absolutely terrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Went online prior to going to the store and saw that there were multiple options for shipping (including both an am and pm second day air shipping option). When I arrived at the store the ship the package, I specifically asked for the second day air AM option. The ground shipping was expected to arrive on the same day, although at any time, which I even commented on, saying that it was $20 less expensive but I wanted to be guaranteed that it would arrive in the morning. The employee confirmed that it was guaranteed, so I paid the extra and left. The day the package should have arrived in the morning, it didnt arrive until the afternoon. Needless to say, I was furious, because why would I pay 3 times as much money for something to arrive in the afternoon, when I could have paid $10 for ground shipping with the same expected arrival. I called the store that day, and was told I would receive a call back. No call came. I called again, told the story and was promised a call back at 11:30 the next day. The next day, no call all day. All weekend, no call. I called again, and after speaking with the employee who made the mistake, was still told there was nothing they could do because it was entered into the system differently! Because THEY made a mistake. Because I had the unfortunate belief that I should trust what the employees say when I ask multiple times. And still nothing. So on top of wasting my money, and the business wasting my time with lack of effort and no follow through on their promise to call me back, they make no effort to rectify the situation. Customer service - absolutely not. Ship somewhere else where a guarantee is a guarantee, and not only if the employee doesnt make a mistake. A place like UPS that should have a good reputation and want to make things right. Youd be better off shipping through papa johns. At least if you tell them that your pizza wasnt made correctly, theyll correct it, regardless of what THEY entered into the system. (I realize papa johns doesnt ship, its just a metaphor). This ups has terrible customer service, and a truly atrocious lack of remorse for THEIR mistakes.

They didnt give a tracking receipt. I asked specifically for one and they said no. Strange store. Heads up- they charge $1 for a piece of tape. That seems a bit steep to me.They were nice other than that. Westnedge UPS is super nice and doesnt charge. They even offer to tape it up for me every time. Ill be keeping my business there.***update August 30th, 2016***I was in a crunch and had to stop at the West Main location. The lady was nice and they gave me a receipt when I asked this time. But I didnt forget to tape my package in advance this time. :)

UPS lost a package a package that I sent from this store on December 15th, 2016. I have had to call nearly everyday to follow up on this. They closed my case saying that they had made several attempts to contact me when no contact was ever made. I called and had my case re-opened and asked why it had been closed with no contact to me. They did not have an answer for me. The owner of this store has stores across the country and does not get back with you about shipping issues. According to store staff she is the only one that deals with lost packages but she is virtually unreachable by staff and customers. The staff told me that they can never get ahold of her. I was told 5 different times that it would be another 5-7 business days before I would get my refund. I have tried calling 3 times today and have been put on hold for 25 minutes each time. I have yet to speak to an employee. I am going to have to file a case with small claims court at this point. This place is very unprofessional and has very poor customer service skills. If I could give no stars I would. Do not ship from here! My experience has been nothing but terrible. My package was lost on Dec. 15th, 2016 and now it is February 21st of 2017. This still has yet to be resolved. They now will not answer their phone and when they do they pick it up and hang up. UPS needs to get involved with this owners policy on customer relations. I finally was able to get ahold of someone and they stated that the owner is out of state and they did not have my refund. I addressed my being put on hold for 25min minutes 3 separate times and Rita stated that they had customers. I informed her that I was a customer as well. I was told on Feb. 16th that my check would be ready to pick up on the 20th. Once again, its now the 21st and no one at the store is able to help me. Small claims court here we come.

I returned two pairs of sunglasses to Ray-ban. After the online status showing my package sitting in this store for 2 weeks, I found out they were missing! The lady on the phone was curt. Never should have gone to this UPS store.

Says my package is delivered to this UPS access point awaiting customer pick up 30 minutes ago. I go in to pick it up and they say its not there, that they sometimes scan it and say its there but in reality its on the way.
