I own a daycare and preschool center and at some point throughout the night, a pipe to one of our upstairs sinks broke, causing flooding not only all throughout our upstairs, but all downstairs as well. Tony and his employees were out within a few hours and immediately started the cleanup and getting everything dry. They were very kind and understanding, and we were able to get everything dry and clean within a few days! I would definitely recommend them!

Started out with a bang and then I got lost in the shuffle. Its been months now and they continue to drag their feet. The was an insurance claim and I have requested that my insurance company not pay them. Not happy and theyve cost me $

We contacted Servpro of Kalamazoo to have them take a look at a water leak we had in our basement. We couldnt get the smell to go away after we had cleaned. They sent someone out within just a couple of hours. That gentleman told us the problem we had was very small and gave us a few suggestions. Didnt even charge us!! We are so thankful for the help he provided us and how fast they were in getting out to us!! HIGHLY recommend their services!!

Operating a multi-family community can be fraught with unexpected events. We dont often need outside contractors for cleaning services, but when we do, we rely on the folks at ServPro in Kalamazoo for a variety of cleanup needs. Recently, we had a very unusual cleanup event that required the services of professionals. I called Becky, our rep, and she put the wheels in motion. The response from Tony and his crew was prompt and thorough. When the folks from ServPro were finished with their job, you never could tell anything had ever needed their services.. Very satisfied. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that cares about the health or sanity of their family. This is the company that my leasing office called because I have a leaking window and what appears to be mold growing around the windows in my townhome. The technician Tony came out and checked the window for water damage and then said yeah theres no mold. I called Tony to ask how he determined that mold wasnt growing in my townhome when I saw him only test the moisture levels. He said that I am not his client but my leasing office is and if I have any questions I need to direct them to my leasing office not him. I called my leasing office and asked what tests were done to determine that I didnt have mold and the manager said well ONLY a moisture test was done. I already informed my leasing office and Tony that the window was leaking just 2 days before So of course the moisture levels are high but WHAT ABOUT THE MOLD? The purpose for coming out was to test for mold and that was not done. Sounds like a conspiracy between this company and the leasing office to me.

Took 8 weeks to finally finish a job that was billed at around $25,000. Fraudulent charges for repairs that were never done. Half assed repairs, cheapest carpet they could find (sub-contracted work), a sub-contracted painter who knew nothing about painting. He had to come back 5 times because the paint kept falling off after hardening. Had to hire someone else to do the painting afterwards. Not recommended for water damage repairs! A total nightmare.
