The cleaning was excellent, it was of my fathers house after his passing. There were a lot of reasons why we were not able to do this ourselves and needed to hire them. I asked the crew to please set aside anything that was of value, and listed a few specific items we were unable to locate. I came back after the first day and day saw a great collection of items sweet off to the side. A lot of antique items we did, and did not know about. I came back the next day after theyd completed the job and it was all gone. I dug through the 30 yard dumpster we had to order and found nothing, everything they had set aside was gone.

Our dog got sick in the basement leaving vomit, diarrhea, and blood (our dog is now better by the way) and I needed someone to take care of the carpets ASAP. Service Master of Kalamazoo went out of their way to get to us same day even though they were short on staff. When they left our basement was free from any stains (even the blood). Super friendly staff too. I understand they are known more for commercial cleaning but Id highly recommend them for any residential cleaning. Great experience.

When we had water damage at our house, they were quick to respond as soon as our insurance company called. They did a fantastic job, and even got the walls and ceiling dried out faster than they estimated. What stood out for me, though, was that I had to lock my escape artist cat on our (enclosed) porch while they were working, and Jimmy actually called to check whether I wanted him to let my cat out before he locked up for the day! Mike, our service person, did a great job. Arrived right on time, used various means to protect our property while he did his work, and our carpet looks great. We thought there were some stains he would not be able to eliminate but he got them out. He was very professional, explained things well and was easy to talk to.

Service Master came to our new home to clean our carpets and were professional, on time and efficient. When a week later a pet urine smell continued to persist they came back and did a deep clean in that room at no additional charge. We did end up having to replace that flooring but Service Master did all that was possible to prevent our having the additional expense. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We called a Servicemaster employee that we know when our basement flooded and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. The name for this business fits perfectly. They really are service masters. Not only did they come quickly and made us feel like we were top priority, but the job they did was impeccable. They checked up on the job various times before calling it a done deal and made sure we were completely satisfied. Communication was exceptional as well. What a great company! We wont be using anyone else next time we have a problem.

Service Master saved my basement. They should up in a timely manner and pumped out around 100 gallons or water and also cleaned up the mud that came in as well. I thought my entire basement was destroyed but due to there fast service the basement was totally dried and saved with very little damage. If your basement floods you need to call Service Master.

ServiceMaster has cleaned our carpets a number of times, and did a great job every time. They are very thorough, and actually use extracting methods to get the carpet clean, instead of pushing the dirt to the bottom of the fibers. We wouldnt use anyone else!

They came out the very next day to access the damage, came up with a plan to dry out all the troubled areas, set things up, and came back each day to check progress. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They walked you through every step of their process. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to all my friends.

We had a backup of soot come out of a shop vac while cleaning the fireplace and it covered everything on our first floor with black, greasy soot. In the past, I always called Modernistic or Stanley Steamer to clean my carpets. This time, I decided to give ServiceMaster a try. Boy, am I glad I did! There was only one guy, Mike, but he was super thorough and did a fabulous job. He took a lot of time and went over trouble areas more than once. He must have spent 45 minutes just on my stairs. My carpets look brand new. He got out stains that I thought were there for good. The price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone and he didnt try to upsell me stuff like scotchgard, pet spray, etc. etc. The other guys are quicker but they work on commission and just want to get the job done and go on the the next house. Oh, and they didnt ask me to move anything! Mike did it all. If your carpets need cleaning, call ServiceMaster and ask for Mike. You wont be sorry.

We hired ServiceMaster to clean my late fathers house. He had hoarding disorder, so it would have taken weeks to do it myself. ServiceMaster completed it promptly, allowed me to mark items that I wanted saved, and, most importantly, treated my fathers items that went into the dumpster with respect -- instead of simply being dumped they were placed carefully. ServiceMaster is not inexpensive, but theyre certainly comparable in price, and believe me, this is a situation where you dont simply want the best deal.

They arrived quickly, they were efficient, respectful, responsible, and thorough.

I worked for Service Master for two months, crew members either dont want to work or they do falf work. They are not honest people, when you subcontract you do what the customer wants not what you want. I cut down on my hrs so I could find a better job, they said I did 2 No calls no show. My supervisor was told to find coverage, she didnt and I was fired because of it. I dont recommend any one for Service Master.
