This is a great store! The prices are excellent, the manager is super friendly and warm to talk to, and theyve always got a nice selection. Every visit here is a extraordinary experience.

I give a 1 star because I have never been here...I have tried to stop by a dozen times and you are never open. If you are selling something you would think you would have accessible hours for your customers

This place needs some serious cleaning up. You will find good classic games and some cool random things just be careful walking through as you will trip on something for sure.

Locally owned. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable of all thing in gaming. Great place to get stuff fixed. Open week days in the afternoon to evenings and some Saturday hours. Call first to be sure they are open.

I walked in to this store for the very first time not knowing what at all to expect. Lets just say its fair to say that this shop offers everything that anyone who grew up in the 80s to the 90s would appreciate. Being a video game collector, I decided that I would check this place out since I work fairly close to it and I have to say that it blew me away.They have everything a retro video game collector could dream of. The staff is very friendly and I have to say thank you again to Holly who helped me out. I will definitely be back!!

Very nice service an great prices

Lyle is a great guy with an excellent sense of humor. While blunt, he is incredibly knowledgeable about computers, gaming systems, and their associated history. If you are a fan of the old school store that was an adventure as well as a shopping trip. Here is your place.

Looks nice but they did not have a interesting collection through. But the prices are like trash. BUT at least there is loads of room! And even Gameboy cart battery replacements if Im correct.

Very cool neighborhood store for the unimaginable. Always fun to stop and see whats new and always find something neat.

For real collectors, there are interesting things here. Unfortunately the hours are strange and the prices are WAY too high. Even so, this is a local business that would be cool to support as the owner once told me he would like to make an arcade. Imagine having Kazoo Books and a vintage game store and arcade right in one area. Id love it if the owner got motivated in cleaning up the store, more fair with the pricing, and better hours. If he has a dream Im sure there are enough retro heads in Kalamazoo that would love to support a space like this. Its just the main thing is that its too expensive and has strange hours.

The staff there was great, and helpful when they were actually open, but thats the issue in itself. The store was closed during business hours when I went there recently, which is unfortunate because I was willing to wait even though it was 45 minutes after the store should have opened. I checked their Facebook and Yelp accounts and neither site stated that the store was closed.

Great place with a good selection of retro games and consoles.

I was passing through Kalamazoo while on a road trip and found this wonderful store. They have a great selection of retro video games! I was able to find a number of NES, SNES, N64, and Genesis titles I had been looking for. They are super friendly and had no problem staying open a little later to let me browse their great selection. I will definitely be back when I am in town again!

Awesome little store! They have all sorts of cool games. Arcade games, Atari, PS1, PS2, PS3, GameBoy, GBA, DS, 3DS, you name it and they have it. They even had a Commodore 64 that was still being inventoried - Ill be back for that for sure! Really great place, cozy atmosphere, would highly recommend.

The shop is nice fair prices with a good selection. Its a little small and disorganized and the owner seemed like a really cool guy.
