The Newmind team is as helpful and knowledgeable as they are entertaining and easy to deal with. While I dont enjoy having the occasional computer issue or question, communication with and visits from their Happiness Engineers are always completed in a responsive and friendly manner. Im not a computer genius, but they dont hold that against me! Ive recommended them to clients as a result of their skills and customer service.

We are a small businnes without a lot of IT support. Great to have Newmind there for a quick fix when something goes wrong. Usually it is something very minor, and it is resolved with one call. They get back to you very proptly, which is critical when you can not get your mail.

From my support experiences, I think of NewMind Group as we think of our iPhones or a microwave oven: How in the world did we ever get along without them? My latest problem with opening MS Word and it causing the the cursor to immediately become a perpetual spinning beach ball — but, yet allow me to continue using all my other software tools, including all the other MS Office applications — was the weirdest computer problem I had ever experienced. I started chatting with James Kane on the NewMInd website and James began troubleshooting the problem with determined persistence. I was really impressed that he got Microsoft tech support involved in trying to resolve the issue. At all times, James kept me informed about what he was doing and what next steps would be taken. I told him James that as a remote user, I feel that Newhall Klein contracting with NewMind Group was the best thing they ever did.
