Horrible service. Everything at the start was fine, but you get no response when you run into an issue. Also, compared to many other companies who deal in internet services, this company does not deliver on performance quality or time and if youre expecting a reasonable price forget it. I was charged for items that I never received, like a four-port POE switch which is fine. Sometimes, businesses do not realize their mistakes, but I couldnt get over how unprofessional this company is. I need a simple job done, and I get no response. What makes it even worse is that this company wants to control everything to charge you for a yearly service fee for absolutely nothing. When I was finally given access to my own system, my devices were outdated and needed updating. What makes it even worse is if you do not pay the invoice on their time, they will resort to shutting your whole system down. Even when I took it into my own hands to move my system over to manage and control it remotely, they were hesitant to help me. I called their main office multiple times on multiple days for something that wouldnt even take them two minutes to do. Finally, I found two different companies from Kalamazoo to help me create a brand new system and start from scratch with required all my devices to be factory reset. I could have saved time by having super admin rights but got no response from this Horrible company. As a business owner myself, I would never treat my customers how this company treats my business. Please do your research on who you hire because the way this company has treated me is outrageous!
