We have had more then our share of screen and laptop drama over the years - a family of four including two teenagers and the adults running two crazy businesses! Kevin methodically thinks them through, checks my systems and comes up with the best and most reliable solution. They maintain my SCO Unix, Microsoft Network and Mac systems for maximum effectiveness.There are so many other things that Kevin does that I should have thought about putting him on the payroll! We went through a flood and the range of his skills getting our systems, electrical and other mission critical things rebuilt has been a God-send. Awesome Service, took my computer tower in to get the data recovered because Google told me in was a Power Supply issue, but Kevin found it to be a bad memory stick, cheaper repair compared the power supply, runs like a champ now.
