Very happy, showed up on time, clean and professional. Cleaned the bathroom floor, grout lines were made to look like new. Had him clean the sofa and loveseat, made them look like new too!! Will certainly use them again.

I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely be calling them for the next rug cleaning need. Super gentle with my precious wool rugs. I was worried about the handling of of them but Vans put my mind at ease, they really know what they are doing. I am fussy about things with my house. Vans took care of everything.

Im sure this company cleans just fine. I called to make an appointment, I fully explained how awful the carpets were and we knew they wouldnt be good after cleaning but we still wanted it done. The guy came and looked at the carpet and said we just need to replace it all theres no hope. I told him we agent replacing carpets till the dogs are gone we just want it cleaned anyway. He said he wont touch it and just left. Rude, unprofessional. I understand the carpets are bad, but we would still have paid.
