Today, Parker and Cody were the teammates from Stanley Steemer that came to clean our carpets. These gentlemen were on time, professional, kind, thorough, respectful of our home and property and detailed in their work. I showed them problem areas and they were able to get them clean for us! Very impressed with the quality of carpet cleaning and even more so with the service and positive attitude provided by Parker and Cody, who both genuinely seemed happy to be here. After an already chaotic day of back to back appointments at our home, (appliance installations, etc), it was so refreshing to see kind faces that brought superior services. We had our carpets and staid as well as a sofa. When doing the stairs they never wiped up the overspray of water on the material wood. This left multiple damaged ares to the hard wood. This was on 8/4/21 . They sent someone out that hasn’t gotten it back to the condition before they damaged them. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.Be very careful and watch every move.

Duct Cleaning Service video on their website shows cleaning at the floor vents and salesman promised cleaning is done by removing floor vent covers and that technicians are skilled at removing vent covers without damaging walls or floors. I hired Stanley Steemer for THIS service BUT they did NOT clean my ducts through the floor vent covers as advertised and AS PROMIED but instead drilled over 20 holes in my duct system, covering my basement contents with debris and metal shavings.Met with salesman and operations manager individually on separate occasions to work out an equitable resolution to their misrepresentation and damage done to my duct system only to be offered an inadequate discounted refund and their coming back with a magnet sweeper to catch any remaining metal shavings (QUESTION - why didnt their techs do this initially?).Operation manager consulted with Francise Owner then gave me 3 days to decide on their offer, then extended offer to 5 days. Their defense was that their service met the standards set by governing regulations. When I reported Stanley Steemer to the Better Business Bureau their reply was that they were offended by my complaint.In my experience, WARNING! WARNING!! BEWARE OF PROMISES!!!Times may be hard coming out of this pandemic but to take someones hard earned money on a promise of a service then to take a my way or highway attitude towards complaint resolution is inexcusable.Trust in a companys promise and the service they provide is invaluable to the contractor decision. In my experience with Stanley Steemer trust was used to make a sale and they sold their integrity at the expense of this homeowner and their property.

After the trauma of finding mold in our finished basement (seems a fitting end to 2020), we reached out to Stanley Steemer for help remedying the situation. Amelia, Branden and Michael were the ones who showed up and spent days doing the mold remediation. They were extremely professional and thorough, very helpful and made arrangements to have an inspector OK the finished job. They gave us several suggestions on steps to take to keep it from happening again and explained exactly what they were doing during each step. They left the work area very clean and mold-free and we would high recommend them to anyone else facing this problem.

We just bought a new home in Kalamazoo and wanted a fresh start with the carpets. The house is only 1.5 years old but with Covid we thought getting them disinfected would be a good idea.We had them cleaned a few days before we moved in. After coming back to the home after having them cleaned we struggled with what we determined to be a dog smell remaining in the carpet. Amelia came out to clean and disinfect our carpets for a second time. When they attached to an outside water source she immediately realized there was a leak in the spigot outdoors. We were able to stop the water and clean it up so quickly that there was no long term damage. We were grateful.We still struggled with the smell and Amelia was great. She stayed in contact with me and was willing to do whatever she could to help us. After having the carpet deodorized again the smell had finally subsided.I believe that Amelia went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with our service.I would definitely recommend their service.

We hired this company do our duct cleaning. There was a hiccup that caused them to come back the next day to make it right. They truly went above and beyond not only in customer service but making it right with their customers. They called me back immediately and were out the same day to fix the issue. Its evident that their team cares about their customers. In reality, mistakes happen but its the customer service that can make or break the relationship. I would highly recommend using them and will be using them again in the future for other services.

We recently bought a smokers and pet owners home. Though we painted with B.I.N.S and replaced the flooring there was still a smell. So we called Stanley Steemer to clean all our duct work. They came out and gave us a fair estimate. Set the date for cleaning. They called when they were 40 minutes away. They didn’t mind our very friendly nosey dog as they set up. From start to finish it took a little over an hour and everything was put back in its place before they left. Being a pandemic they wore masks and shoe covers. An excellent professional job from start to finish.

The crew from Stanley Steemer showed up on time. They were very friendly and polite. They wore disposable booties over their shoes which was good because there was a light rain falling. They did excellent work and finished in a short time. They were very helpful and moved some small furniture to gain access to the floor vents. They took photos (before and after) of the ducts and the vents. They did a great job of cleaning everything. When they were done we did a walk through and they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.All in all I was very happy and satisfied with the performance of both men. I would recommend Stanley Steemer and in particular this crew to anyone needing to have their furnace ducting cleaned.

First of all, I was thrilled by the fact that I called them( Stanley steamer) on Thursday and they were ready to come on Friday to get the job done.Secondely, they came on time, and I was pleased to meet Jonathan and Connor. They were so professional and so respectful.I went out to let them work and when I came back in, their everything was impeccable!!! We use to a stain on our carpet that no other cleaner company has been able to take out. Guess what? Jonathan and Connor did!!They cleaned it out and everything looks amazing!They dont even know that Im writing a review about them. After they left, I couldnt just keep quiet on their great work. We recently had our carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer and are very happy with the end result.. Marcus Smith did a wonderful job with the help/assistance of Jason Sears. Marcus removed stains that had never come out before and the carpet looked like new. We had duct cleaning yesterday in our home. This group was recommended by my brother who used them last year for their home. Wow, what a difference. The air seems cleaner already! Justin, Austin and Brenden were professional, efficient and very careful to protect our flooring and walls from the equipment used to access the vents. Carpets look amazing, they got all the dirt out, looks like new again (we have white carpet with color flecks in it). Also they cleaned a futon cushion that had been in our garage so it was filthy and that turned out great as well. Will most definitely always ask for Marcus and Bo for future cleanings.

They were friendly and very professional and explained why the carpet still looked like it was dirty but it was due to the traffic pattern on the carpet. Where you walk the most makes the fabric to break down and wear faster than where it doesnt get walked on very much.I do know that the carpet looks at least 500% better than it did and smells better too. We love our dogs but they can be dirty little dogs too. Would I recommend Stanley Steemer YOU BET.

Just had our Air Ducts cleaned today with Stanley Steemer. Their online site super easy to use! They send an email reminding you 2 days prior. They came within a half hour of the window time we had chosen! They call you to let you know their on their way! Devin and Riley were the two that came to our house. They were super friendly and professional and cleaned up so well. Their quotes are super accurate. We will definitely use them again!

Went online .... Had kitchen and eat in area... Approx 10x 20 and a hallway 3x15...Online quoted $230.... Tech comes out... And requotes it at over $500.00.....This was for clean and seal tile.... Then tells me... Thats a deal as really its 5 spaces and should be more than that. ..Unprofessional....

The duck work is wonderful, home built in 1849 2 story plus basement so Heat was installed sometime in the early 1900s. We had two work orders for this home, Duck Cleaning & power wash and Vacuum basement floor.
