We had an aging bathtub that we did not want any longer. We chose a walk-in shower. We had Matrix come to do this work. They arrived on time, removed the walls, tub and old plumbing. They replaced the rotting flooring, hung new waterproof drywall, installed the new walls, shower base, plumbing, shower head, hand rails, cleaned up all in one day. Fantastic quality of work, respective of our needs and great to work with. I will indeed call them again for further projects.

Matrix Bath Systems of Kalamazoo installed a new shower system for us. The first part of the project is done (we are awaiting the custom glass for the door). We are very happy with the work that Greg and the other crew members did. They removed the old shower and drop-in tub and tore down an existing wall. The crew was very clean, organized and very quick. The tear-down was done in less than 3 hours. Greg was very courteous and made sure the job was done well. I was very impressed with how clean they kept the job site, using drop clothes wherever they walked.

Installers did a great job with the install. Took a bit longer than I expected, but other than that, still happy with the bigger shower.

On time and great quality. Matt really knows his stuff and was able to work around an old house with no problems. Theyre more expensive, but theyre absolutely worth it.

MATRIX of Kalamazoo just finished my shower installation. GREG, the installer did a great job removing the old tub and installing a new updated shower stall. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up all through the construction process. Chad was also a pleasure to work will and helped me get the shower I wanted and needed as i am handicapped and required hand rails for the shower. I was trying to figure out if I should give less than five stars, but I couldnt come up with any reasons. Maybe there are cheaper bathroom systems out there, but I doubt if they could beat the quality that Matrix provides. I had a new shower installed.to replace the older one I had.Everyone that I had contact with from the design consultant Chris Parkhurst to the installer Michael Hane were professionals in the way they did their jobs.There is a wide variety of styles, colors and patterns for any tub or shower system you could choose from. Since I am at the age where balance is a problem I appreciated the two hand rails that were installed in the unit. I also had the folding bench seat installed which was an added benefit you dont find in most systems.

Matrix Bath Systems did a wonderful job fixing my shower. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves.
