The salesman Kama service Tech and installers were all very professional And very knowledgeable of the product. My only complaint would be was that they were a little pricey. Other than that, I would highly recommend Bee Window.

The installers were very polite professional and caring throughout the installation. They cared about my home property and timely manner that things took during my installation. They were always communicating and thorough at the job they were doing including cleaning up after each day before they went home. The windows look Great the inside trimming is very nicely done as well.Before they installed my new windows I could hear everything and I do mean everything ie. Planes from the nearby airport that rattled my old windows, neighbors, traffic going by, dogs barking and even emergency vehicles a couple blocks away.Since the completion of my new windows I no longer hear any of that unless they are open I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE LOOK THE NOISE REDUTION AND THE CURBSIDE APPEAL IT HAS GIVEN TO MY HOME. All in all I personally give Bee Windows an A+++++++ in Efficiency care timing of installation and communication before the installation of the windows from the company and when they were going to be installed highly recommend

Friendly installers. Windows look great. Everything done cleanly and professionally.

The salesman was professional and offered options. The biggest pressure was receiving a certain discount if I purchased that day Lucky for him, I had already made up my mind. :-) The installation team was great. They were quick and efficient. The only negative thing was that they did not clean up some of the mess and they used my recycle bins for their trash. Then did not take the trash with them. That can of course be remedied, if you go into it knowing this. I had gutter guards installed, and next fall will be the test, however with each rain, I can hear the water running through the gutters.

We purchased our home in December 2019, and the first thing we did was to replace 25 of the 33 windows in our 1928 built home. We interviewed three companies and settled on Bees Windows because of a highly informed and non-pushy sales presentation. Come to find out, our next-door neighbor has used Bee’s a year earlier, and like our neighbor, we were totally pleased with the quality of our windows, service, and installation. The installers were courteous, polite, and easy to work with. Even though they replaced them in February, they did it efficiently and with no interior mess. When they pulled out the driveway, we had no clean up to contend with. I fully recommend Bee’s Windows.

The windows are great! I am impressed and extremely pleased that they are sealed tight. I took an incense stick all around the window and did not find any leaks. The installation was quick and they cleaned up very well.

Bee did an excellent job with my new front door and front windows. I recently purchased an old home that was very much in need of new windows. They replaced the old windows and insulated at a great price, and also sealed up the front door, which previously had a large gap under it; enough to see light coming under it when the sun hit it. Im very happy with their work and will have them back in the future to continue with other windows in the house.

While the original purchase and installation was good. They do not follow through on their warranty at all! They are trying to charge what 1 or 2 new windows cost to replace one of the panes. Sounds great up front, but there are less expensive places out there that have more integrity!

My husband and I are pleased with our new windows and sliding glass doors. We definitely feel a difference after replacing all of our 50+ year old windows. The only disappointment was that after finding rotten wood under our shutters, our worker said he wouldcover the wood temporarily until we could deal with the problem ourselves, but he only covered one of the three, leaving a bit of an eyesore on the front of our house.

I love my new windows! We had some things that needed repaired from damage by crew and the crew leader bought paint and trim out of his own pocket and fixed it right away. Also there was an issue with my blinds and they took care of it at their own expense. Very pleased with this company and would recommend them.

Had an appointment to get an estimate for windows today. Email said they would call to confirm before coming....no call. Called the office...no answer. Left a message...no return phone call. Nobody showed at the scheduled appointment time. Apparently this place doesnt want to sell windows!

Excellent experience! Installers were amazing, professional and timely! The windows have made a wonderful visual enhancement as well as eliminating the drafts we use to have. Would definitely recommend and use Bee Windows again!

I just purchased all of my windows and doors from Bee Window. I absolutely love them!! They sold me quality products and the installation team was great! I am very satisfied and they did an exceptional job.

We had no problems with sales or installation whatsoever. The work crew was very congenial and industrious. We are pleased with both the windows and siding that we purchased. We basically have a new house.

Pathetic. I have a warranty on my windows. Paid in full on June for 4 windows with bad seals to be replaced. Finally end of August they show up to replace the and did not have any of the correct windows. Waited again now u til early November and they showed up with only 2 of the 4 windows. Another 6-8 weeks and it is out of their control of the vendor sends the wrong materials.Because I have paid and they have not delivered as promised we will take legal action. They basically refuse to do anything except refund the 2 windows they have yet to replace. Nevermind 3 days off work now to accommodate them and a fourth if or when they ever get the windows.Do not, I repeat, do not use Bee window. It is a scam and a pathetic embarassment of a business.

The guy that was sent to my home was very knowledgeable and very respectful. Very nice! A great guy, very professional, very friendly. My dog loved him.

We liked Jeremy the salesman. He was a sales man and he was like all the other ones so no point in complaining about that. they installed all 9 windows in one day and they look amazing. the installers are so friendly and took care of our home and our 4 puppies so that nothing happened to them. after installation they walked the out side and made sure not a spot of paint chips or wood was left on the ground. it was like they were never there but gorgeous windows appeared. the price was on the higher side so be prepared for that but the quality was great. i can lift the window with one hand. we have a 3 year old and they treated him with respect and made sure no dust or debri was anywhere he can touch. the isntallers were amazing

Had a great experience with Bee Windows. So far very satisfied. I havent had to call customer service at all and I hope I wont have to.

I had a visit by a very nice sales person, he did a quote for gutters, we accepted the terms and the job was scheduled. The day before the job was supposed to be started, I called to see if they knew what time they would be here. They said they would call right back. The next day (the day of the job) they called back and said they had to reschedule. My father was visiting my grandmother a few hours away, he lives in Washington State, I could have drove down to hang out with them. The second time it was scheduled, I got a call on Friday (scheduled that Monday) and they had to reschedule again. This time, I had a new furnace install scheduled for the same day so I didnt have to waste 2 days off. So, that was messed up.When they came out to do the job, they showed up in an unmarked truck, no logos on shirts (in fact one was wearing a liquor logoed shirt). The guys were nice, but a big company should be able to do better. They didnt have the gaurds they needed and they did not run the drains away from the house (which was in the quote).It has now been weeks, I keep calling and the rest has not yet been scheduled. When I call, the people I need are always conveniently out of the office, and they dont call back. So far the only ones with any communication skills are the original salesman, Ginger in accounting, and one person that called on her behalf to say that she was out.In my opinion, they are clearly spreading themselves too thin, and if they cannot figure out how to do jobs this far north, then they have no business going to home shows up here.

Poor quality of 4 panel sliding doors and poor quality of install. $8000 project and very unhappy. When you do not mfg your product and contract your install, this is a poor business model and unfortunately im paying the price.

So the sales man over and over again I can not go wrong there is a 100% life time warranty which is NOT TRUE, buried in the middle of the contract in unreadable tiny print is payment for travel when getting repairs . So much for a !100% life time warranty! Sales men LIE LIE LIE!!!

Very unhappy with the quality of the installation. First time the windows sagged and would not shut appropriately. Took them over a year to replace and that took two trips because the first measurements were incorrect. When they finished, the caulking was TERRIBLE and the wall was blistered under the new window. I would NEVER recommend their services.

Their salesman Jeremy Conley is a Con Artist. Dont do business with these people.
