Excellent care and great remodeling service. I assisted my mom I law in finding this company when she needed a bathroom remodel. They walked us through the entire process from start to finish. They kept within budget and mostly on time even though during the process the franchise owner ( Dan) died. They let me know of problems they encountered and fixed them we know have a beautiful bathroom. That my handicapped mother in law and handicapped wife can both use safely.

Excellent experience. Friendly staff with great communication. We had an egress window installed. When the interior work on the drywall wasnt completed properly, they came out right away to fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. They also did some extra work to find the grate cover we wanted. I didnt receive an invoice until everything was 100% completed to my satisfaction. Would not hesitate to call them again for future projects.

Due to a growing family we needed room. My wife and I decided to expand in our existing home rather than move out of the area we love. We added a family room, two bedrooms with egress windows and a full bathroom to out basement. Having worked in the electrical contracting industry for over 20 years I have seen the issues that arise during constructing projects. Home remodeling is exceptionally difficult due to existing construction that is not visible during the bid process and tight family budgets. I discussed the project with several contractors and settled on All-Star remodeling and was not disappointed.Dan and his team have a five star structure that guides every move during the process. Between the time of our first meeting and the closing thank you note All-Star was customer focused the entire time. The estimate process was well structured and eliminated several costly extras during the project. The team took our ideas and developed conceptual drawings/ pictures to help visualize finished spaces and added opportunities that lead to added storage and functional space where we did not visualize.We would highly recommend Dan and his team for your projects. All-Star did a major remodel of our master bathroom, and they did a GREAT job. We were extremely impressed with the entire process, from our initial consultation with Dan, through the design and selection process, the demolition and renovation, to the final touches. All the All-Star employees that we worked with were professional, efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard-working, and did their particular jobs very well. Our project involved removing a wall; pulling out and replacing all the tile around a tub and in the shower, as well as counter tops; replacing all faucets, hardware, and lights; and installing a heated tile floor. Once the project was on the schedule and started, work progressed without any delays at all. All-Star coordinated all the necessary permits, inspections, and sub-contractors, and checked in with us every Friday to let us know what had been accomplished that week and what to expect during the week ahead. Our completed bathroom is beautiful. We love it and would highly recommend All-Star to anyone considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel. Im extremely pleased with the work All Star did for us. They installed an egress window, bedroom, bathroom, and man cave in our basement, and improved roof drainage and waterproofed a wet area of the basement. They also replaced an old tub with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower upstairs. The work was done for a good price and head of schedule. I will not hesitate to hire them again for future work.

Using All-Star Remodeling & Design was a great company to enter into the home remodel arena with. Having no experience in hiring a contractor, All-Star made the process easy, even with our complicated financing needs. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. All questions and requests were answered immediately with solutions being discussed and agreed upon with little to no delay. The finished work (full basement finishing with new full bath) was exactly what was in our minds eye from the start.

Ive used All-Star for most of my house remodeling and exterior work for over ten years now and have a great relationship with the business. They have always stood by their work, and I appreciate their attention to details. Our most recent job was a driveway extension, which is going to make our lives a lot more convenient.

We have tried twice to hire All-Star. The first time, we received a quote for windows. We were very forthright in the initial discussion that we wanted double pane windows. The staff was courteous and low pressure. But when they returned, they had 3 quotes and all but 1 were for triple pane. We ended up choosing another contractor for the windows. We next brought them in for a quote for a full kitchen remodel. The initial visit was great, woman was very thorough, asked lots of questions, took measurements, discussed ideas and explained the next steps to us. We were so excited for our follow up meeting. Then they cancelled the day before stating that due to unforseen circumstances, they were no longer starting any new jobs I asked if they were going to reschedule and they answered simply no. We are cancelling. If they are not closing their doors, we will likely not call them again for the next jobs we are planning to do (roofing, and bathroom).

Have used this company for years and will continue to as projects come up. I have had in my home done, new bathroom, flooring in kitchen and mudroom, and a ceiling fan. In my mothers home I have had a new bathroom including walk in shower for an older person, windows throughout, hardwood flooring, painting, and just recently made me a living space so I could move in to care for my mother. Understanding employees willing to go above and beyond what is needed. Again I will never use another company.

Very sad to give this review. Under the previous owner All Star was fantastic and I would have given five stars. Dan Tyler was a stand up guy who explained everything and ran a good crew and office. Ownership has changed since Dan’s death in April 2018. New owner won’t even return a phone call. I feel the need to give this review just to warn people it’s not the company it once was. Pathetic and a shame.

All-Star Remodeling has work on many projects around our properties. The work has been done on time, complete and I could not have asked for a better outcome! Recently, we needed to complete some very small but complex work that could not been done except on a Saturday. All-Star Remodeling team made it happen! They work throughout the day and afternoon to complete the three different things that need to be done. I have worked with other companies and I can tell you that All-Star Remodeling is the first place I think of for any job big or small. Can not ask for a better place to have work for you! They listen and deliver what you want!

Very disappointed under the new management.I called regarding some work that had been done, under the previous management. I was informed that the company is no longer up holding their warranty. The woman who answered the phone was very short, offered absolutely no more information than we are no longer doing that. Did noteven offer to have them come and do some work. You would think this might be a good way to maintain clients.Very disappointed, Dan worked very hard to have such an amazing customer service. Clearly that is not going to be upheld.

A FIVE STAR/“A+” REVIEW!!!All Star Remodeling remodeled our main floor bathroom to provide a Barrier-Free Shower Enclosure and an ADA-compliant elongated toilet, as I am a housebound disabled Army Veteran with many special needs. They removed our tub and shower enclosure and all established plumbing and fixtures; under-flooring; and toilet and its components, and replaced everything as described below:After having a very professional, polite, and friendly visit with the owner of the company, Dan Tyler, we were so very impressed with him, his company values, and all the quality of materials he proposed to remodel our bathroom with, that we wanted to hire him on the spot!!! We needed a couple more estimates to ensure we were making the proper decision, and we got them from highly advertised companies, you can be sure. However, none of these other companies could compare with the totally perfect and professional presentation we received from Dan!!!Dan and two workers provided us with the most top-notched professional service from the time they started, until the work was finished!!! They are completely focused on every task; do NOT use cell phones or anything else that may distract them from their jobs; and are professional at all times!! They are very knowledgeable about every facet of remodeling, plumbing and fixtures, and do fantastic finishing work. They kept all areas of my home and garage (their staging work area) neat and clean whenever necessary. All plumbing fixtures and support areas were installed solidly and very nicely. Grab support bars are placed perfectly suiting my needs!! The BEAUTIFUL shower head and hand-held shower head are wonderful!!! They have the greatest water pressure and multiple water spray selections!! Our ADA-Compliant toilet is top of the line with water saving flushes; a seat and lid that lowers very slowly and a height that makes it much more safe and soft to be able to sit down more comfortably!!!My wife and I could not believe how much work they got done in only two days!! Dan, has been out here twice since completion, to ensure all areas of remodeling remain to perfection...inspecting every last inch of their work. We have been reminded that our bathroom has a lifetime warranty and that we will never be disappointed if anything EVER goes wrong!! We have been and always will be treated as VIP Customers for life!! Who couldnt be happy with that??

They finished the work ahead of time and with no surprises. The cleaned up each day and did a great job at the end. I recommend them.

Jeff Larrabee, the new owner of This company, instead of paying me the remaining $750 dollars owed to me for a beautiful walk in shower, told me to take him to court for the money. He also flipped me off in the parking lot of Menards shortly after telling me I would have to take him to court for the remainder of the money. You cannot trust this type of person. I would never do business with this company because of Jeff.

Very disappointed in the way a single mother was taken advantage of. The representative giving the quote gave very misleading information telling just enough to assure the job. Soon after starting the roof came in to say that there would need to be several thousand dollars worth of materials. With everything I know for fact he looked at and new it would require said materials from the beginning.Shame on you for taking advantage of a single mother of three working on a tight budget.

This is all Ive done so far. My wife and I need an Ingress window installed and was looking for a company that offers the service. I came across all star Remodeling and read the reviews. Ive decided now to not use them even after never having a conversation with them. Reviews means so much and its very frustrating to see how many people are not happy. Ill give you a 3 star and will continue to check back on the company until things Are settled with the upset customers. Does anyone else have a recommendation for a company that does egress?

They did shoddy work tarping my house - they tried tarping three different times and it leaked every time. Then billed my ins co $1800 for their poor work that didnt solve the problem. I finally fixed it myself! This was all happening while they were preparing a quote on fixing tree damage to my house. Gave Dan (All-stars owner) and David the insurance estimate but they spent three weeks negotiating with ins co. In meantime I had a quote from another contractor in a week. When I asked for their quote they said the ins co wasnt paying enough to do the job. When I told them I had a quote from another contractor Dan wanted me to sign a contract for whatever he could negotiate with ins co.Why would I sign a contract without any quote in it, especially when I had a competing quote in hand that was less than the ins quote?I dont believe they dealt with me or the insurance company honestly and their work was a keystone cops affair. Employ them at your own peril.

We are pleased with the work done at our house by All Star. They repaired and installed siding and windows. They were timely, professional and the work was quality.

The workmanship my job failed. All-Star has been unwilling to meet or stand by their LIFE TIME WARRANTY. It has taken several calls to even get them to respond. Because of their solution to my issue failed, my basement has water damage. We have filed with the BBB in hopes that more people will look into their work before they sign on the dotted line. We hired All-Star to install an egress window. Larry was our salesman, but my husband and I talked about how he didnt seem like a salesman; no pressure, just coached us on things to ask the other company we received a quote from to make sure we were comparing apples to apples. All Star was $100 more expensive than West Michigan Glass Block (WMGB), but they provide a 100% warranty against water leaks for the life of the egress window (WMGB does not provide a warranty). It was a no-brainer. Furthermore, our egress window was a little unique due to the grade, and they had 3 employees come and look at it to make sure they approached it properly. I appreciated the weekly Friday phone call from Roberta to keep us updated on where we were in the process. Each day the crew was there, they communicated with us on what they were doing and hoped to accomplish each day. We had someone come out upon job completion to inspect the finished job, and there was a little touch-up needed, and they didnt treat me like I was annoying, they said absolutely! They didnt provide us with the final bill until we were 100% satisfied. I was very impressed with All-Star and would HIGHLY recommend them!

I recommend them over all others. Very professional, excellent quality product and service.

Once again All-Star has outdone themselves. After these past thunderstorms we experienced a leak in our roof. IT was a fluke leak because of the odd angle that the rain came down. All-Star Remodeling took care of that problem. They also noticed some other damage and took it upon themselves to go up and beyond and repaired another potential serious problem. Thank you All-Star and you will be who I call when the need arises.

In response to the review by Bradley March- that was my shower that you are referring to in your review. You did start the project, but never showed up to finish the project. How long are people supposed to wait for things to get finished?? Jeff ended up hiring someone else to finish what you started.
