My son went to get his hair cut. He is 16. His hair was quite long and messy. I showed a picture he chose. A rather common short sides with a longer top cut popular with teens. When I picked him up it looked like a short 35 year old man hair cut. He came out with the top about 1/2 inch. When I saw him I was shocked at how it looked. He asked to go directly to the store for a hat. Please listen and look at the picture of what someone wants.

I recently got my haircut by Korin S at Sports Clips. She was very professional and strictly followed all Covid safety protocols. My hair looks great and I have received several compliments. I will definitely be going back and recommending Korin to all of my friends and family!

Turned away my 2 year old because he won’t keep a mask on. As we were leaving, she says “yeah he does need a haircut”. We suggested they could add PPE required for all ages on the app where we check how long the line is so that other people don’t waste a trip. She says “how do you suggest we do that?”My son is not expected to wear a mask at any other establishment. He is 2.

I asked if I could make an appointment and the person over the phone said that they would check me in over the phone and that it would be an hour and a half. I got there and they told me that it knocks me off the list if I don’t show up in an hour.....and that they usually recommend we check in online. This information was never expressed to me over the phone therefore I waisted my time and gas. Plus they were saying they weren’t supposed to check guests in over the phone but they were doing it anyways. How unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Any time I go to a sports clip I never see the same hairstylists. Today my son had an older lady and I watched from the lobby he looked miserable because the lady didn’t even speak to him once. We never get good service when we come I think it’s time to find a place that acknowledges their clients while they are helping them. And actually does a good haircut.

Ive never had a bad haircut here. Im kind of picky about my hair so when somebody screws it up it irritates me. The barbers are very polite and usually really nice. The hot towel thing and the head massage is awesome

Great service here. I always find myself tipping excessively! Try out their VIP service, comes with a facial and shoulder massage, a hot towel, and a solid hair wash for little extra. Im always happy with my look going out, even if I only have a vague idea of what I want done.

My husband gets his haircut here. I dont recommend them if you like a certain stylist. Each time their is always someone else cutting hair. Never a bad haircut for most part. We like that they offer a military discount.

Horrible. Cant find a descent barber in town. The ladies here cut his hair in a swoop toward the front. Cant cut Different texture hair there. Go to a different barber if you want lines or design. Simple Barbers here do the basic

The absolute worst haircut I’ve had in my life or ever will have. Showed the girl multiple pictures of the exact cut I wanted (the pictures were even of me from when I got it cut last) and described what I wanted on top of it. She was apparently only pretending to look and listen, because she ended up cutting off literally 5x more hair than I asked for and changed the style completely. I can’t even get it corrected for months now because she left no hair to work with. Her cutting off disgustingly more than I asked for wasn’t even the worst part though, the style she decided to give me instead of what I asked for was botched SO horribly, that after I got done crying at home over what she had done I had to go out and buy a beenie to cover my head until it’s long enough to again to be able to remotely salvage. I’m not an overdramatic person, I’ve never given a bad review for a place in my life until now because everybody makes mistakes, but this was not that, and I don’t want anybody else to have to go through this. If your hair means anything to you, never walk though their doors or you might end up being utterly devastated when it’s over. Avoid this place like the plague.

Worst haircut ever. The girl rushed through it, chatting with the other stylists the whole time. I could have gotten the same quality cut from my 2 year old and saved $18. Ill never go back.

I have valued the ability to stop by wo an appointment and usually get in within 20 mins. Stylists are friendly. There is one stylist who gets my hair perfectly, the rest less so. Wish they were more consistent because now I have to make an appointment to be sure I get the cut I want, which makes no appointment needed not so valuable.

This place is not the place to go. I called before I went and asked if they were busy not ten minutes before I left my house to go in. They said they were not, however when I got there, I had at least 3 peppeo in front of me and a estimated 37 minute waiting period. Ok Ill wait for it. Thats not terrible, and they did a good job the last time, is what I told myself why I was waiting. To my disappointment, I left the store almost after waiting a hour and a half. I wasted most of my afternoon at this placeUnless you want to waste your afternoon, I suggest somewhere else

You have an employee currently working for you in Kalamazoo Michigan. She was supposed to have her checks garnished to pay us back for missing her rent checks. You did not respond when a letter from the court was delivered to you. So this is still your responsibility. What are you going to do about this? We have the court documents. It was illegal not to file with the courts. The court has ruled in favor. How can we send these papers to you without you throwing them out again?

I am a usual at Sport Clips, but the stylist I usually see was out on maternity so I had one of the others cut my hair. I leave my hair a little longer to style it and asked her to leave it long enough to be able to style my hair. Unfortunately she didnt ask or listen and walked out with a military cut. Maybe she can be good with kids cutting hair the same style over and over with clippers, but when it comes to actually cutting it and looking professional I wouldnt recommend this place.

I walked up to the door at 9:10 and a girl walked into the hallway looked at me and turned around and disappeared. I wanted to give the girl the benefit of the doubt but after 5 minutes it was apparent she didnt care I was there. I am not sure if they have good stylist there however I will never go back. You lost a customer for life.
