Juan and Paul have been cutting my hair, my sons hair and my Fathers hair for over 3 years. They always do a great job. The new place is awesome. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family’s hair.

This place is legit! They take their time and make sure the cut is exactly what you want. Great vibes and good times! I totally recommend getting a cut here best barbershop around!

Way too long to schedule an appointment

I called ahead and they said they were free so I walked over from my apartment (about 15-20 min). I got there at about 12:30 and they had put a sign in the window saying they would be back in 10 minutes. Alright no big deal, it was cold out but I get it, things happen. When they arrive at 12:45 it is both of the barbers and they have sandwiches from subway for lunch. Strange that they would both go and not leave somebody to mind the store, but ok here we go I can get my haircut now, right?Nope, they apologize and say that they need to eat lunch but I can wait. I’m surprised this is how they deal with customers but I put on a nice face and say “no problem.” I sit in the waiting chair for 1/2 hour while they eat. I have to be somewhere at about 1:45 and at this point it’s just too late to get a hair cut so I left. They don’t take appointments either so there’s no guarantee that I wouldn’t deal with this again if I were to try again. 0/10 for customer service. Not sure how long they’ll be in business.I’d suggest trying somewhere else.

They get you clean cuts for great prices! They also got television, snacks, drinks, and a bathroom, if you need it. Dont forget to tip the barber, even though they dont ask.

I strongly recommend this place. Its clean, respectful and fantastic service. I drive from battle creek to come here and its worth the sacrifice.

Juan is a great guy, probably one of the best barbers in Kalamazoo. His prices are fair and whenever I go I always feel like one of the guys!

Looked like a good place to get a haircut, but, after waiting 45 minutes and neither chair turned over, I saw I could be waiting for 2 hours, and hsd to go elsewhere.
