My service was rushed. imagine the lady beside me was helped first and i waited almost 20 mins but we finished same time😒🤬… i dont care if you are busy, i came to have my toe nails cleaned, but what i get is the same just cut the nails cut some cuticles and thats it… i was just observing one foot 1 minute boom done…. plus she wasn’t paying attention on what she’s doing, my nails are not cleaned properly. is this deluxe????look at the pic how she cut my nails, the cuticles are not cleaned…soooo disappointed… i always come to this place but not a single time i was satisfied with the service. never was i satisfied helped properly everytime rush rush rush…. irritating you just think of numbers how many customers😡 you never think of the quality of service you gave to your customer… why hurry??? customer can wait if the service is worth it…

The lady who did my nails was nice but my nails look awful. I asked for pink nails and the shape is PERFECT, but she didnt even paint my nails afterwards so I have see through nails. She sent me off without curing my nails so my acrylics are also bendy. Theyre crooked and lumpy. And then she charged me 50 dollars! Must have been the end of her shift. 🤷 So disappointing.

Would not recommend this place at all. she hurt my cuticle on my thumb, and it was bleeding. she also made my gel nail polish very lumpy; she had to call someone over to try and fix my nails, but nothing worked. she apologized, but still made me pay.

Went on Thursday August 6, Didnt get the name of the person who did my nails but she cut my cuticles alil too much and it started bleeding. All I got was an im so sorry. My ring finger is still stinging cuz cuticles waa cut too much. Nails are ok looking but not what I was expecting. While drying my nails another customer was getting a pedi and I guess the person doing her toes did the same thing cuz her toes was bleeding too... store was clean and all but service needs work.

Got a pedicure and my nails look amazing. Did gel and still going strong after a month 1/2 no chips yet. Got a manicure (acrylic) and best place I’ve gone. It’s been 3 weeks and they have not yet lifted. Usually my hair gets stuck in my acrylics but not this time. The lady was super nice and friendly. She recommended colored powder and was at a great price.

The nails were incredibly rushed and were not worth the 60 dollars I paid for them. The polish was chunky and the acrylic itself was bulky

The ladies did a great job on our feet! They were very gentle and efficient working my husband, friend and myself. We will go back when we are in town!

If you want to be ignored then this will be the spot to go .🤦🏻‍♀️😑 smfh!!!!! After 30 mins of waiting for someone to help me mind you I had made an appointment I walked out they still didn’t care.

Jasmine was amazing!!! She was very thorough and really took her time. She did an amazing job & Im sooooo happy with her work. She even squeezed my husband in for a pedicure after she did my pedi & mani. Definitely going back to her.

I got acrylics here and when they started filing my acrylics they filed my finger and it started to bleed. When the worker cut my nails (not the acrylics, my actual nails) it hurt. They seemed in a rush.

I was looking for more options for a gel manicure. I asked about chrome and wondered about dips too. I saw a bunch of samples but was only offered a book with limited colors to choose from. Apparently, the other choices were for acrylics I think. I settled for a solid color since they didn’t seem to have what I really wanted.I also got a pedicure which is starting to come off in its first week. The pedicure alone was $50.Needless to say, I am disappointed in this salon. The ladies are kind but services offered are limited for premium prices.

Jane is the best!!! I absolutely love her and her work!!! She is now the only person I let touch my nails! You need to get your nails done by her you won’t regret it!!!

Jane and Kelvin always do my nails. I absolutely love how they do my nails...I feel extremely relaxed while i get my nails done. The other staff also provide friendly service. 🥰

Went in to get a manicure.. spent 65 dollars on a gel manicure that started chipping the very next day. The lady that did my nails made me bleed on my pinky and my thumb. I will never go back here ever again. She didnt clean my nails good either!!!

Very good pedicure

I always go in for acrylic, and come out satisfied with how my nails are! Of course there are going to be a few hiccups here and there but I usually go with Kalvin as he was recommended to me by someone I know, and what a great recommendation! He goes above and beyond on your nails, takes his time, he does a lot of things I don’t see any other nail tech on Maui do, which is unfortunate, but when I go with kalvin I get what I pay for. Clean and neat on the inside and sometimes they offer you a water while getting your nails done.

Walked by and was drawn in by the cleanliness of the spacious salon and of course Joanne. Made an appointment to get a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure and I was not disappointed. Comfortable massage chairs and wonderful service!! Will definitely be back.

The service that was provided to me was good. The people that was involved in doing my pedicure was good. However, the price of the service does not jive with their website and the card that they let you look at when you are seated & ready to be worked on. Right before I finished a lady came & sticked a post it on my chair. As I was about to walk to the register to pay, she handed me the post it. Instead of being charged $30 for just a pedicure, I got charged $35. For my pedicure I paid $36 that is with tax. With that plus the tip, I basically paid for the price of a pedi and a manicure.

My family and I went in this last Thursday (party of 4) and left dissatisfied. No greeting upon arrival, treated poorly by 1 of the technicians and then overcharged for the acrylic full set without a mani.Buyer beware, check your charges and know what you are being charged for. We did advise the owner of this and she acknowledged it before we left.

Usually great service, gave three stars because They give quality nails but I scheduled an appointment and had to wait 45 minuets past to get any service. Please fix this because some of us have a tight schedule.

They always do a great job and the prices are very reasonable.

I came in with a broken nail and Kim was so gentle fixing it & did a beautiful job removing the acrylic and giving me dip color which came out beautifully! I will definitely be returning! Not to mention the cleanliness & great hospitality!

This was the second time I got my nails done with the guy. The first time it was excellent. The second time I got cut on the side of my nails when he was using the filer. He was filing the sides of my nail pretty hard and felt like he was digging. I didn’t realize he cut 3 sides of my finger until I got home and my fingers felt normal again after washing it like 3 separate times.

The BEST nail shop on Maui. This is a fresh, clean, friendly nail shop with great service and very reasonable prices. My favorite technician, Joanne, opened the shop recently along with friends and I am so happy! Joanne does the best mani/pedis and waxing.
