Usually i see kim and i love it but this time i was with a different woman and the experience was horrible i asked her not to cut my nails when asked she then proceeded to file them down so low even though i had been growing them out for a while. I told her i didnt want a massage i had a doctors appt to get too yet she proceeded to do it anyway even after i told her to stop and was late to my appt. I got gel which she layered on a million times, it was on my fingers and cuticles 3 days later its peeling off. Big waste of my time i was there for over an hour and huge waste of money. I wont be back. UPDATE: whole thumb just peeled off

So I finally grew out my brows and what not and decided to go n get a clean up n shape only for this to happen... da usual lady I go to was busy and I didnt want to make a fuss and wait so I got another lady. Didnt really look at it until I got in da car n left and this is what I got...

I was happy with the customer service. I went to use a gift certificate and added a gel set for my daughter and I. Not only 4 days later my daughter and I had our gel set on our fingers come up and peel not even a WEEK LATER! Gone!!!! So upset Ill never go back there again! Especially for the money we paid! They dont know how to put it on!!!!! $85 dollars later w/ a gift certificate and a child manicure/ pedicure! The WORST! Ill never recommend or go back! A waste of money!

I went in for gel nails, it was my first time, was so ugly and the gel came off after 3 days, will never go back and it was expensive too. Not worth paying that price. So disappointed!!!

This manager is so dirty and unprofessional. Myself and 6 friends all got a foot fungus from here . Poor and rude lady management.gross

I went in for a manicure it was really messy and not what I asked for they did not clean or trim my nails or cuticals and I had to pull the acrylic off of my skin, it also came out lumpy and you could see the lines of the nail polish

Horrible experience. picked out a pretty glittery color for NYE and then after it’s on they tell me they don’t have the color represented that I picked out. No apology. Have to now pay again for a new mani/pedi to fix it and Im on my way to a dinner with my boss looking like a hot mess. Will NEVER go here again.

If you don’t have it, why is it an option? No time to fix their mistake. No apology. Had to pay $35 for something I will have to pay for again to get a real mani/pedi and now I’m on my way to a dinner with my boss looking like a mess. Will NEVER go here again.

Didnt see an sign of a license except for tattoos. 4 of us got pedicures at the same time and one of the ladys working on my friend was on her phone while giving the service. Mine could barley speak English and I ended up getting a $10 upgrade diamonds that didnt last very long on my big toes. In addition I tried to tell her about my toe be sensitive and she still dug under it and clipped it so it throbbed in pain the rest of service.I gave this a 3 star only because my boyfriend got a great service for being his first pedi.

I did get the ladies name that did my nails but I love it!!!! this was my first visit and she did everything I asked! shape, color everything is beautiful!! definitely found my nail salon!

Fast and friendly service. Probably the only nail salon that stays open until 9pm. Most others close by 7 or 8. I came in around 8 one night, there were 3 other customers at that time, to get a full set of acrylics, knowing I would most likely be the last customer of the evening. I felt kind of bad, having worked in the service industry all over the island since 2003, I know how it can be annoying to have that one last person, or one last table of the night that ends up keeping you stuck at work when you are more than ready to go home at the end of the day. I half expected them to turn me away, being so close to closing, and wanting a service that takes about an hour to do, but they kindly took me and didnt want to turn down business. I was pleased. Up until the very end, when my nails were close to finished, I was the only person left in the salon at this point, I knew my manicure was being rushed through, as the shape of 2 of the nails turned out odd looking and didnt match up with the other 8 nails. My nail artist was fun, friendly and had a sense of humor, but Id rather have come back the next day than have my nails rushed through and not be completely satisfied.

Had my nails done here while waiting for a flight, I dont think the tools were sterilized between people. I saw the guy use the same set on tools he used on me, for a girl after me. Felt rushed.

Check their prices first! I was charged $126 for gel nail pedicure, wax and tint eyebrows and wax upper lip and chin. The $50 pedicure is fair, the tint and wax eyebrows was $35 which is fairly expensive, but $35 for upper lip and chin wax is outrageous.
