I had a great experience, at first I walked in and I wasn’t feeling well so everyone was being friendly and offering to help me. Also, they were busy and still took me in. They did a great job and stayed after hours. The sweetest thing was is that they walked me to my car and put my seatbelt on so that I don’t ruin my nails. The customer service was exceptional! Highly recommend

I want to like this place. Sometimes good service, other times rushed. I always have an appt but they take walk ins and therefore delays previously scheduled appts. The owners wife not a good technician. Shes always looking around, answering the phone, talking to everyone - super distracted all the time. She thinks its more important to get up to buy fruit from a door to door vendor than finish what shes started. So bizarre to run your business this way.Their ACs been broken for a month, tough to have more than 1 service at a time because its muggyAlso I realize this is typical but they continually talk in their native language, its kind of uncomfortable at times.

An excellent manicure and pedicure plus warm and friendly people. Amanda and the young man who helped my daughter ( forgive me for not remembering your name) were the most personable professionals I have encountered at a salon. Very kind and genuine.

This is the only nail salon i’ll ever go to on Maui. Jenny and Minh are incredible at dip nails! Everyone else is tremendous as well, but they are the two who work on my mani/pedi the most. Always very accommodating and the service is amazing. All very hardworking and talented people and this salon is very well ran. Don’t forget to tip!!!! These people work hard!!

Booked an appointment the day before, when I showed up the day of they had taken in a large party. I waited for 10 minutes and during that time no one acknowledged me. Maybe walk ins work better for them but they definitely need to better their management. Super disappointed :/

I took my daughter and her friend to celebrate her 7th birthday! The children’s chairs were adorable and the staff was so warm and attentive. The girls really felt like princesses! Donna & VN were out of this world amazing and they made the birthday celebration one to remember❤️

I like the atmosphere. Staff there are really nice and friendly. Make sure you clarify what services you want done and how many people you call ahead for. They do get really busy from time to time. Sometimes you have 2 different staff working on you for different services. So bring enough funds for cash Tip only.

I went there for my first time. I liked my pedicure but I disliked the way my eyebrows had been done. I felt that the person who did my eyebrows were rushing and they did not carefully look at it even though they noticed my eyebrows were uneven in the first place. In addition, I thought they had their view of what they thought would look good. It was also too thin but that was my fault for not mentioning I did not want it too thin. Overall, I felt that I put my trust falsely and I was not satisfied in the end. It had took about 2 minutes and it was not until I saw my eyebrows after the waxing did I notice it was messed up. I did not want to say I disliked it but for now I am waiting for my eyebrows to grow back. It is not a bad place but I would refrain from getting waxed.

Ive gone to a few nail solons on island and so I know the price range and service rendered in most of nail salons. Chanel Nails has my favorite, basic pedicure in island. For $30 you get a salt scrub, hot towel, and wonderful massage on top of a great cleaning and paint jop of your choice. The staff are courtious and friendly and all bring the same level of care and professionalism.I have also recieved acrylic/Dip manicures and fills and have been very happy with the quality. Van is my favorite nail technician but there are a few manicurists on staff that are fantastic as well.They accept walk-ins but in Covid times its best to schedule an appointment.Be sure to bring a cash tip because they dont accept tips on cards!

I had a wonderful experience! The owners Jenny and Van (Vaghn? Not sure on the spelling) were wonderfully kind! Van did my nails and he was very gentle and they turned out perfectly! I came into this salon stressed and left relaxed and happy! They offered drinks including mimosas and everything was clean and organized! I will most definitely be back! FYI CASH ONLY TIPS so come prepared :)

I made an appointment for 5 o’clock and they had clearly overbooked. After waiting 25 minutes I walked out without receiving any kind of service. As I was walking out one of the women said she could start on me but she was still in the middle of someone’s pedicure. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend.

My daughter and I were bored so we walked in and they were able to accommodate us both relatively quickly. Offered us drinks while we waited which was nice. I didnt know how to have my nails painted as I dont usually have nail polish on my fingers so I copied another customer that was getting a gradient done. I couldnt be happier with the results. I love the colors.My daughter cannot stop talking about how much she loves her nails as well.UPDATE: I’ve now had acrylics w/ ombré gel and fills by Jenny, fills and gel by Van, and a pedicure by Lily, all of them absolutely fantastic. I feel like you can’t go wrong with anyone you get. This is now my go-to salon for nails.

I live on Maui, and Ive been bouncing between multiple nail shops and have never been pleased, I came here once and was so relieved at how friendly the staff is, how they dont rush you in and out, they take their time. Complimentary beverages, professional atmosphere and service! Dont waste your time or money going anywhere else! Their prices are fair and cheaper than other places Ive gone here.

I found my favorite nail salon today! Vian was my technician. She was the BEST technician I have ever had. I have been to so many places over the years, but this place was COVID clean. I watched them with my own two eyes. Vian is a great foot massager. My feet are happy! My new go to place.

I was absolutely satisfied with my Deluxe Pedi. Tony was so gentle and took his time caring for my feet. Everyone was so polite and I was warmly greeted at the door as a walk in. I didn’t have an appointment set but they accommodated me. I will continue going to Chanel Nails Spa and will also recommend them to my friends and family. Next time I will book with Tony and maybe even get a mani too! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

HIDDEN GEM!I landed in Maui before my friends, so I decided to walk two miles to get here (I dont suggest walking)... I came in hot and sweaty and gross, but the folks at Chanel immediately offered me a comfortable seat in an air conditioned space! They even offered me sweet ice tea, mimosa, Vietnamese coffee or water! WOW. They knocked me off my feet with their kindness, hospitality, and professionalism.Drinks aside, they used wonderful products for my pedicure that smelled so tropical! Linda was so careful and detailed. My friend got nails done by Donna and was equally impressed.Never found a place so welcoming! The owner even heard that I walked and offered me a ride back to the airport to meet my friends!This place has the aloha spirit through and through. New fave! Little touches here and there really made the difference for me. I love the blue chairs and the way they match the technicians uniforms - even the towels were blue. It added a very professional feel. And it was extremely clean in there. Jenni went out of her way to take care of our little group of 3, and my tech Vian gave a great massage. Don’t think about it. Go!!! Not only do they do a great job (we have five sets of hands and feet to prove it), but they’re kind and hospitable. Husband and wife team and staff were excellent. Definitely my go to spot on the island. I’ve never had an “in-love” experience with a salon on island, but I certainly have here. I’m already excited for my return experience. I got a gift card for a girlfriend and she’s going to take her daughter (will be 3) for her birthday in the cutest “Princess” chair. Pampering for everybody AND Vietnamese Coffee for mama! I’m not a person who generally goes out of my way to leave a review but my experience here was definitely worth it. I’ve been to nail salons all over Maui and I think I have now found my go to place! When you first walk in it is very clean and inviting. The pedicure chairs are really comfortable and when you first sit down they offer you complimentary champagne, tea, Vietnamese coffee, sodas, etc. They have an awesome pedicure menu and my Wailea pedicure was amazing. I work on a boat here in Maui and my feet are always in need of a little TLC. It was so relaxing during my foot massage I could have fallen asleep. Aside from sipping champagne I had a warm aromatherapy compress around my neck while they were working on my feet. All around a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back again!

Jennie and Van are the best! They definitely care about making sure they have the best service and that you are taken care of. Their staff is so happy and cheerful. They also have kid pedicure stations and the kids seem like they have a good time.

My new favorite nail salon. This place steps it up by offering patrons free drinks, i.e. iced coffee, iced tea, hot tea or coffee, colas, or mimosas! Service is great! Linda and Jenny are the best. They are very professional and they do a great job at nails! But honestly no matter who you get they will do a great job which is the best thing about this nail salon compared to others. They also make you feel comfortable and are super nice and talk to you! Last time I went I had Anko and she is also very sweet and good. They also offer you drinks like coffee, water, or mimosas with your service. Lots of colors and options. I would come back and recommend to others!!!

This place is fairly new and clean. Its a little hole in the wall where you wouldnt know about it unless you were told. The guy who I am guessing is the owner did my nails and he took his time and it didnt feel rushed at all despite how busy they were. The finished product was beautiful!!! I just got a pedicure at this new nails shop that’s behind Ross and Safeway in Kahului. When you first walk in, it felt like I was in a luxury nails spa—the atmosphere and details to this place is very chic and their service prices is very reasonable. This place is very clean, the lady that helped me was very friendly and if you have little girls who wants to spend a day with their mommies and aunties, they will have their own pedicure chair next to the adults. They also have a huge selection of different color nail polishes to choose from. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely return.

Chanel nails is a classy salon with an amazing staff that are all highly skilled. I was looking for a new salon and found them and have been so happy! Their work is the best I’ve seen on island and they serve wine! Lol. I came to Chanel Nails Spa today for a pedicure. While soaking my feet they asked if i would like a glass of wine or mimosa. Wow, really...mimosa please. This place just opened in April. Its beautiful in here. Brand new manicure stations and new massage chiars. Plus, they do facials too. Its always exciting to have a new business on our island that knows how to pamper us hard working gals.

EXCELLENT service, EXCELLENT products! I was recommended to Chanel Nails (behind Safeway in Kahului) by a close friend, and Im so glad I went! The staff is excellent, offering a complementary ice coffee or drink or Mimosa as soon as you sit down, which makes a walk-in manicure seem like youve stumbled into your friends house and ended up getting your nails done! But what I really headed there for was the Powder Dip nail treatment. As far as Ive found, theyre the only salon/spa of any quality that is offering Powder Dip (also called chipless) manicures. My mom raves about hers on the mainland, and weve never been able to find a salon on Maui that offer it, until now! IM HOOKED! My nails are naturally thin and peel easily. The gel nail polish kind of protects them, but the chemical process is so hard on my natural nail that I always regret it after the polish has come off. My friend, and the nail tech, both assured me that my nails would be stronger after the Powder Dip manicure, and they were right! Theyre long and stronger!So, the Powder Dip is different than other nail processes. They brush on a clear liquid of some sort (no smell), and then dip your finger tip into a jar of colored powder of your choosing...so the color is not applied on top of a false nail or anything. The whole thin, hardened nail surface is multiple layers of powder, like powder-coating on metal. Its strong, doesnt chip at all, and is thin enough to look natural. This is the longest that my natural nails have even been. Mahalo, Chanel Nails!!!!
