They were quick, nice and professional. Cut both my parents hair in about 20 minutes. Also cut my 1 year old nephews hair pretty quick. Looks great.

No pricing paid 143.+ tax surprised by the amount but she Did a decent job. paid $120.00 for coloring, I think she intentionally added extra service making me feel it was part of the service that comes with theservice for cutting style and coloring. when she was doing my hair. no pricing was made available to see. if I knew I would spend this much I would have gone to a better salon . supercuts affordable not even. while she Did massage my scalp I was given the impression it was part of there service . I thought supercuts was suppose to be afford able . I had to ask for a receipt . I will not go back! haircut for $22.95, $3.95for sanitating! when u do coloring shouldnt the color and shampooing be part of the service, She said she was Korean, I regret giving her a $20.00 tip

I usually dont take mirror selfies, and definitely do I not post them on Instagram or Facebook - but after the nice fellow who goes by Steven whom works at Supercuts at the mall fixed my head up after a botched attempt at doing it myself - I absolutely must post on Google reviews just how dashing and attractive I now look with one simple visit to the wizard of the scissors - who as a bonus happened to be dressed as Pikachu for the Halloween festivities, along with a real witch coworker of his who ironically was literally flying around the place on a broom to sweep up my severed hair - hopefully not to use in some spell cauldron! Well, Happy Halloween! Thanks for the great haircut and conversation - it probably will be the most exciting time I have this holiday, but we shall see. Hopefully the witch casts a love spell! If not, my clean new haircut is enough magic going on itself for one man to handle.

It was convenient and close to home. Super cuts was not as busy and I could take a appointment which was 4:30pm. Took just 35 minutes the hair stylist was Steve..

Lily is good with getting my haircut right. Then when I get a shampoo, I also get a mini scalp massage. Very relaxing. Thank you Lily!

We stopped in just yesterday close to closing time and they were kind enough to fit my mom in for a much needed haircut. She literally said it was the best haircut of her life, and will go back to the gentleman that cut her hair every time now. I think his name was Damian. Great experience.

Supercuts its always been good to me keep up the good work guys. Any barber you go to depends on the person cutting your hair not the company but these guys got it going on.

Worst experience ever. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I got my hair cut here a couple months ago but thought I shouldn’t review it because it seems mean, but maybe this will ensure people find somewhere else to get a hair cut.I wanted a simple hair cut and wash. I’ve basically had the same hair cut my whole life, I just wanted to retouch up my layers and get my hair thinned out.I forgot the girls name who was doing my hair, she was young skinny and had her hair dyed in different colors. She completely forgot to wash my hair and then Started cutting my hair dry, I was the one who had to remind her I was paying for a wash. She laughed it off. Her phone also was constantly ringing the whole time and she was distracted. I told her she could pick it up if it was important and she said “oh it’s just my roommates”. I thought it was so rude she didn’t put her phone on silent.Told her I wanted layers and she said “you shouldn’t do that with your type of hair because it’s so thick” and that was that. A flat out no. I think it was more so she didn’t want to take the time and energy to put effort into a hair cut. She put some serum in my hair after she washed it and said “I’m Not going to dry it because it will probably just frizz out”. I thought that was very rude and another excuse for her not to do her job. I left the salon with soaking wet hair. And paid $45 for a hairdresser who is was too lazy to do her job, told me I couldn’t get the hair cut I wanted, and was distracted by her running phone. In total this experience only took 15 minutes. I can’t believe I paid that much for the worst service I’ve recieved anywhere.Maybe it’s my fault for not sticking up and saying something but the whole time I was just in shock of how this girl actually has a job.Go literally anywhere but this place.

Walked in. The place was empty. The stylist said she was booked for the rest of the day. It was only 3pm 2 hours before close. I felt They dont service vacationers or people non Hawaiian. Fyi. My basic hair cuts take about 5 to 10 mins. So time was not the issue. Lack of service. I expect more from a corporate company they need more training or better management.

The lady hairstylist was so rude. She doesnt even smile and doesnt even asked what we wanted. The haircut was terrible. She seems lazy to work. Very very poor customer service!

Its a good place to get a haircut its not like going to be the barbershop you really know back in the mainland but when I get a cut fast I go here

Treated very poorly. The stylists was very upset at the fact that I was asking them to do anything specific. Did not do what I asked. One example: I asked specifically for them to cut the sideburns at mid lobe. They stared blankly and annoyingly at me and proceeded to chop them above the hairline.

I took my 4 year old daughter today. And she was unhelpful and rude but i went kele st super cuts and they were really great!

Called at 12:40, got in at 1, finished by 1:20. Awesome place, fast and good service. Mana.
