Have had many good flights and experiences here. Might want to order food online ahead of time. Cheese plate very popular, just right for long flight. Kid menu very much junk food. Credit card benefits great, worth it if you use this airline.

This airline may have low rates BUT they have no love no aloha spirit when it comes to,changing flight if you have an emergency or delays due to weather. We Will not fly Alaska again. Sorry Alaska you need to change you customer service policies, know what it means to actually provide customer. service

Alaska is a fantastic airlines that Ive never had any problems with. Ive had about sixteen flights with them in the past four years and not once have I had any issues.This airline mostly uses Boeing 737-800s (B738) from Maui to the west coast. These planes are small, old, cramped and without such amenities like an OSD/Entertainment system. Seats are in a single row, 3+3 configuration so boarding and disembarkation can take a while. Also, since their acquisition of Virgin, youll sometimes get put a larger, newer Airbus A320 which is quite nice.Alaska will be replacing the older Next Gen 737s with the newer, quieter and more efficient 737-Max airliners soon. Lets hope their seating configuration makes them a bit more comfortable than whats currently available.Flight attendants aboard Alaska do their job well. No complaints here. The pilots do a good job and I havent experienced too many hard landings.Alaska usually offers excellent prices and paired with their credit card, the benefits are excellent. Alaska ROCKS.Tip: When flying on ANY airline, check for gate changes. Because of the nature of how airports work, gate changes happen and if youre not on top of it, youll get left behind. This is especially so for those who plop themselves down and put earphones on. You gotta pay attention.

Never fly these guys again

Even though we checked in 1 hour and 45 min before the departure time. My flight took off before the departure time leaving my family of 6 to find a flight. Horrible experience and airlines!
