Well. It says new management and definitively I can see that... For worse. I just ask a few questions about my reservación. And the guy didnt even allowed me to measure the height of the trailer for me to calculate it versus my truck. Just seeing it I can tell you my truck is big but not with lifts or whatsoever. I asked what can we do? He said i dont know what you can do i just know you will damage the trailer... Happens that I measure it right before i spoke with him... And guess what? It works. I say see you on Friday... He didnt even bother in to say goodbye. New management. My last rental there. I did it for 4 tears and always the best service. Not anymore it seems.

We always try to rent from this location but no one answers the phone and most of the time the staff is nowhere to be found if you do walk in. Im not sure whats going on here but I would take your business to the Commerce Lane location just down the road.

The manager is wonderful and does his best to accommodate everyone. The call center sometimes makes his job difficult when they do not communicate changes to the location. I have used them 5 times now.

The guys here are so friendly and helpful! They found the best size trailer for me for a fraction of the price I thought I would spend. Awesome service!!!

Friendly service but completely messed up my reservation. Took my information and said my van would be ready the same day at noon but gave it away to a walk in before I got there. Sent me to another location all the way in south palm beach gardens that was definitely holding a cargo van for me and got there and was told they had nothing for me. very disappointing wasting hours on something that should be so simple.

Called ahead to see if they had available trailers for rent, was told they had 2 available but I didnt need to reserve one if I was picking up same day. Drove 30 minutes to go get the trailer only to be told by two gentlemen that they have no such trailers available at all that day sonteaerving one would of been pointless as well. Fairly inconvenient and a waste of time.

Nothing but Nice people here! I wish all places I goto are as easy as this U-Haul location. Clean renral truck and was new! I will be back!

Do not trust the self service rental; they won’t approve you and it’s the waste of the time. Indeed this the silliest service I’ve ever seen!

Good supplies. Good selection of trucks and trailers. Horrible service. Both employees were on the phone and would not look up, no well be with you in a moment, nothing as minutes tick by. Then when I had to return to get my receipt because they couldnt manage the printer earlier, still on the phone, Im waiting, waiting, what do you want? and tapped the recept its right here! with disdain! I had better service at the UHaul on Northlake. Sketchy neighborhood but good selection of supplies and enough trucks and trailers. friendly service!.

Horrible service horrible workers horrible app. Was supposed to pick up a moving truck after hours but NO KEY WAS LEFT FOR US whoever DANIEL LUNA is did not answer the 24 hour number provided. Two hours later with customer service, they want to send me to a location 45 MINs AWAY from me and then to drop it off at the original location near me, told me I had to pay $96! Worst customer service so 12 hours later I am here getting the truck with MIKE and MIMI. One is new one is a manager who is 0% helpful and a liar. Everything UHAUL sucks even their App.

Very friendly, helpful. They have a lot of trucks and trailers with reasonable terms.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I needed to pick up before hours and was told that I could do so by downloading the app. I downloaded the app still unable to pick up. After getting in touch with a 24 hour rep, I was told that the person who did the order never set it up as self pick up. This location is extremely unreliable and cost me $2,000 for the business I was suppose to conduct today. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
