Rich was wonderful! He was prompt, accommodating and so patient. He had to deal with a third party for payment and it took several phone calls to the third party to make sure he had what he needed. He was so patient and friendly during what was a very stressful ordeal for me. He even found and suggested a mechanic because the original that my company gave him was closed that day. Rich saved the day for me. I recommend him to anyone that needs a reliable and ethical tow company!

I had an appointment scheduled for towing thru my roadside assistance with another company that just never showed up. I needed to get my car to the shop for a repair appointment. Rich at Jupiter Towing responded promptly, showed up on time & delivered my car on time for my appointment. He has fair pricing too. Very happy that I have them in my contacts now!!!!

On November 11th 2020 I traveled from North Carolina to Florida to deliver a vehicle to the Pembroke Pines Mercedes dealership. While in route I encountered a fuel pump malfunction in my 1999 F350 pickup truck at approximately mile marker 91 on I-95 south. After unsuccessfully attempting to contact several towing services I called Jupiter towing and spoke with the owner, Rich. The size of my vehicle and the fact that I was towing a 36 foot trailer with a vehicle in it would not allow for Rich to tow my truck and trailer with his truck, but he still came out in his personal vehicle to at least give me a ride to an auto parts store. Once he arrived on scene Rich assisted me with getting my vehicle drivable enough to get of the dangerous highway, and then get to the next exit, which was Jupiter Fl. Rich continued to assist me until I had exhausted all options for fixing the vehicle that day. Rich allowed me to store the vehicle at his towing storage lot, and then he transported me to Enterprise Truck Rental to get a replacement vehicle.I am writing this review because Rich acts in a manner that is polite, professional, and trustworthy. He is a kind and knowledgeable individual with concern for his fellow man. He demonstrated that he will go out of his way to help others, and his pricing was extremely reasonable. I was able to complete my trip because of him, and I now have a friend in Jupiter Florida. I highly recommend Rich and Jupiter Towing. You can trust Jupiter Towing!Nate Brown

Super Fast clean truck and super nice guy.

After waiting two hours for AAA to show up Saturday night, we finally called Jupiter Towing who came out in 10 minutes and rescued us. Very friendly, and reliable with fair prices. I highly recommend this company if you need assistance.

10 STARS!!!I found Jupiter Towing through a Jupiter local and I have to say they are the BEST tow company Ive ever dealt with in Jupiter. My Mustang broke down on the highway, and he was there in 30 MINUTES GUYS. 30 minutes for a tow truck?! Never happened with any other tow company in town. Rich hopped out of his tow truck, greeted me with the biggest smile, and was happy to bring my baby to safety! Any other tow company Ive ever had the displeasure of having to call, have always been so rude and 3+ hours out. NO ONE wants to wait 3 hours for a tow. If youre in town, and need a tow CALL RICH!!
