I called the driver to confirm that we could ride in the truck with him and he was quite friendly. Then never showed up to pick us up or called back! I had to call roadside service for another service to be dispatched.

Their Drivers Steve and Randy were very professional, knowledgeable, and diligent in making sure the cars were transported safely. Jonny communicated very well from the office too. We were broken down on the turnpike with our truck, trailer, and boat on the trailer. Not to mention our three-month-old baby and our six-year-old in the truck with us without AC. Eastcoast towing got us out of hot water quickly! Not only did our children get to sit in the cold AC while the guys worked, but we also manage to get truck, trailer, and boat all home without leaving anything on the side of turnpike! Me and my family use East Coast Towing & Transport for multiple uses. Personal vehicle towing and our business truck towing. They are always fast, reliable and everyone is also super friendly. In addition I have used their services when me or a family member locks the keys in our vehicles. They again are always professional, fast, and reliable. The owner Johnny also helped me get a contract and provide tow away signs for the plaza that I worked at. That was extremely helpful to regulate the parking lot for are plaza customers only and to make sure their was no overnight parking . Cant thank them enough!! They are awesome!!!!

Being stuck on the highway alone with your four-year-old child is honestly a very scary situation. Within 15 minutes of calling Eastcoast towing the tow truck had arrived the car was loaded my daughter and I were loaded up into the the tow truck and we were on our way home. The driver was amazing. The price was amazing for the distance that we had to go. I would without a doubt highly recommend this company.

I have a very low Cadillac, and the gentleman took his time and was so careful about not doing any damage to my car when you put it on the flatbed. And delivered it to the dealership for me. He knew several tricks to get my car on and off the truck because the wheels were locked up. Very impressed and a nice man. Thanks guys

I was a little annoyed at the circumstances of my towing, but theyre doing a job and I wont let that affect my review. However, the person who towed my car damaged it pretty significantly and didnt tell me. At first I thought it was just a plastic rivet that had been knocked out. I wasnt happy, but I bought the $1 replacement part and fixed it myself. After that rivet popped out and the left tailpipe continued to sag worse, I looked underneath and realized something bigger was wrong.At this point I dont know what to do besides leave a bad review. If East Coast Towing couldnt do the right thing when they towed my car by telling me they banged it up, then I doubt theyll do the right thing a week later by owning up to the damage they caused.Seems like most of the other reviews are individuals who chose to have their car towed. So if thats what you need, just make sure you keep an eye on your property in case they damage it. Or youll end up like me with an extra repair bill on top of your tow bill.

The worst company to deal with. The guy felt bad my for me be I had no idea I was in a no parking zone. He knew who hired him was doing this out of spite and genuinely felt bad for me But his boss ordered him to tow my car anyway with both of my car seats in it. No sense of humanity or right verses wrong. Careful who you trust to hire to pick you up because you don’t always know what kind of person you just gave bussniess to.
