We needed to completely resurface and retile our pool. We had a great experience with Steve and the team from Tropical Pool. They replied to every call promptly, always showed up exactly when they said they would, gave us a great price on a comprehensive package, and did excellent work. They even coordinated directly with our lanai rescreening company to be sure all work was done in the right order, making the best use of time. We couldnt be more pleased. We highly recommend them.

Steven came and installed a Gulfstream heat pump for my wife and me. Firstly, he is the coolest and most down to earth guy ever. Secondly, he and his crew (in our case, just one helper) were super professional. Thirdly, he handled everything 100%, including teaching us how to use some of our electric equipment that we werent yet aware of (garden lights, etc.), since we just bought the house weeks ago.The price was right, and the heat pump Steven sold us is perfect. Its not too loud (just a fan sound if youre outside, similar to a modern AC unit). Also, they finished everything in half a day, including the required minimal electrical changes (running a dedicated line from our breaker box). So, they showed up just before 10:00am and we were swimming in warm water 2 hours after work that night.The day they finished the install, we heated the pool (starting around 3:30pm) from 83 degrees to about 89 degrees before bed time. We have since kept our pool at 90 degrees (I know, hot... the more typical 86 degrees isnt warm enough for us), and this thing (110,000 BTUs) has only had to run for about 1 or so hours each morning to heat our 11,000 gallon pool (its Oct 10th, so still warm, but were looking forward to a winter of pool parties now).
