Leslies has a friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. A little pricey but I like good service. I could have made my purchase online but I prefer to support local. It is convenient so I continue to support the store.

Low quality products, Disappointing service and price gouging attitude.Their prices are about 50-100% higher than some others available from competitors. When i asked one of their store employees, why most of their products are priced so high. His response was: “because if we get sued we have to protect ourselves.” I think the reason they probably get sued often is their product product quality is horrible even though they claim their products are superior to their competitors’ products. I don’t believe that’s a valid claim.I’ve been using some of their products for a long time now because I believed what their service representative said about their quality. But after using their products in my pool, i have finally realized that their claims are not not only exaggerated but are untrue.

Just wonderful. Came here after leaving another local pool store, where I was a customer at for years, and I feel right at home here. Excellent staff, who are knowledgeable and very polite, and they have just about anything and everything you could need for your pool. I would recommend this store to anybody in the area, and I am definitely going to recommend this business to all of my friends.

The staff at this Leslie Pool location is always been great helpful and recommended good products and good service they followed up and made sure everything was taken care of when they did service when you come in theyre always Pleasant very helpful they always check your water and help you with that so one of the better pool places Ive ever been

Very knowledgeable about pool water chemistry, and they always take their time testing the water. I like the way Mike and Rich always greet customers when they enter the store, no matter how busy they are with other customers.
